Received wrong product, I have send them a picture of what was received and requested for the wrong item to be returned for a full refund. They have messaged back refusing to do that stating that they havent made a mistake and they are not willing to sort this out

Michal, we care about everyone's satisfaction, which is why whenever we make a mistake we fix it right away. This is a priority for us. If there is a mistake when picking the products, it is visible on the pictures (which you have received) and then we fix the mistake right away. Orders are packed individually and the pictures are taken before they are packed into the parcel and there is no possibility that the products in the pictures do not correspond with what is in the parcel.
According to what evidence has been sent to you from our warehouse and system - the correct product has been sent to you. We are sorry that you claim otherwise. You have received photos of the moment of packing from our warehouse, as well as a screenshot of what was scanned into the package. We did our best to resolve the situation, but unfortunately you did not answer all our questions about the condition of the parcel.

It is a trustworthy company. I always order my face creams there. Even if a product is not available they let you know when it is back in stock. Love the cosmetics they sell and always looking forward to see who packed it for me as you get a little card inside.your parcel with the the name of a person preparing it for you to be sent. Nice gesture:-)

The solution took longer, because in situations where the package is marked as delivered, and we have a report that the package is missing, we have to wait for the investigation to be resolved.
