We reuse as much paper boxes as possible and packaging fillers are made out of starch which is 100% biodegradable and can be disintegrated under running water. We try to include as many vegan & cruelty free certified products as possible! This is one of the main criteria we follow when selecting brands to join our portfolio. Customer care
I've ordered from this company many times, and am always satisfied with the products, shipment and communication. Last order - one product unfortunately came spilled. I got in touch with them and the same day a replacement product was sent to me. I recommend this company not only for the great quality if their products but for the customer care as well. Thank you.
