Bardzo szybka wysyłka. Nawet się nie spodziewałam, że tak szybko zostanie dostarczona. Produkty super i w fajnych cenach. No i to na czym mi najbardziej zależy to dostępność polskich marek, dzięki czemu mogę zamówić wszystko na jednej stronie, gdzie na innych stronach albo jest brak, albo produkt już jest wycofany. Na pewno jeszcze zamówię z tej strony nie raz. Oby nie schodzili z jakości prowadzenia tej firmy. ;)

Super poor customer service.
Super poor customer service.
I bought oil make up remover that advertised to take make up off easily but it actually just smudged make up all over.
I tried to get help through customer service that told me I don’t know how to use the product and they will not be providing refund or exchange.
I could not believe that any business would expect to grow and be successful in such competitive online market.
Left me feeling like I had no value as a customer whatsoever.

Each product can work very differently for each person. We haven't had any negative feedback about the product you bought so far.
That is why we wanted to give you a tip on how you can use the oil in a different way. Nobody meant anything bad, or suggested that you don't know how to use the products. Therefore, if any misunderstanding has occurred through our fault, we apologize. It is our goal to help and satisfy our customers.

Amazing customer service
I am currently in a process of trial and error with the products. Although the cream and mask doesn't solve my skin issue it was designed for, it still leaves my skin in a healthy condition.
Not many times during my online shoppings I have come across such a wonderful customer service what Vesa has. Please don't change 🙂
Also the products are carefully packed and I love the compostable packing "beans".

Very impressed with VESA
Very impressed with VESA. Second time shopper and was very impressed with their offering and the site is very user friendly. I ordered heavy bottles and I’ve honestly never received anything packaged so well, including the bottles used, even my husband was impressed! The whole experience was positive and personal with a note inside. Definitely shopping again.
