I went to Victoria House Clinic to have a cyst removed from my head. They staff are very welcoming and friendly. The building is completely renovated, and beautifully decorated inside. On my first appointment with the surgeons Dr. George Filobbos , and Dr. Mohomed Maher they examined me , and explained the operation to me. I was a little nervous about the operation. They took their time answering all my questions. My operation took place on October 24, 2023. When I arrived the office manager Sindy greeted me with a smile, and escorted me to the operation room. I was then greeted by the operation room team members, Dr. Maker, Dr. Filobbos and the nurse. Before the operation started they explained how it would proceed, and what to expect. They prepared the area for excision. I was so pleased they did not shave my head. Instead they trimmed down the incision area. The injection of the local sedation did not hurt at all. I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the operation. Post operative instructions were given to me before I went home. The area where the cyst was removed healed very quickly. I was very happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Victoria House Clinic.

I was going in, looking for a consultation regarding Pico laser. The staff (Sindy I think? Sorry I am bad with names...) and the doctor told me their honest opinion and said I wouldn't be a good candidate for it and said my skin quality is good already, and would prob just need sunscreen.

I was a bit disappointed but I am grateful for their honest opinion. All the staff there are very friendly and the setting of the clinic is very comfy and welcoming. If I ever have other conditions that req the help with this clinic, this would be the place I would go to.

I recently visited Victoria House Clinic for Hyperhidrosis treatment. Dr. George was absolutely brilliant. He was professional but friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain the whole procedure to me and answered the questions I had. The procedure itself was quick and very effective. I stopped sweating within a few days. Would highly recommend!

I received my first laser hair removal session today with Hannah. I couldn’t believe how fast and pain free it was. Looking forward to the coming sessions and seeing the results :)

I’ve been coming here for a while and have always enjoyed the experience. Hannah is always lovely and greets me with a smile. The hair removal process is pain free and is working so well ! I would definitely recommend this place.

The consultation was detailed and informative so I felt confident about what to expect in all eventualities.
