Hi Kathleen. All deliveries that week were collected by Fastway couriers they went into liquidation holding onto all parcels in warehouses with no access and no way for us to contact them. This affected many business in Ireland not just ourselves. We emailed everyone involved to advise them that we were awaiting daily updates. All deliveries not received will be replaced by us at our own great expense as many many deliveries were involved. It has been a logistical nightmare above we hope everyone had understood. It was totally out of our control. Apologies
Good quality, helpful and trustworthy
It is a lovely Irish company, selling good quality products, some of them you don’t find easily elswhere. If you have a question they are very quick to respond and it was always helpful.

I have bought from this company before and always find them fantastic. Today, I could not find the item I wanted to purchase and engaged with the Chat. This was a whole new experience with Chat - a real person who was so very helpful, patient and efficient. It was an absolute pleasure and I simply cannot recommend this company enough - for their range of products, the very detailed and interesting information on their products and customer service.
