They are terrible and will give you what you didn’t order then force it on you cause you already unboxed it, I paid 26,500 for the iPad keyboard and they gave me a hat I didn’t need and won’t take it back!
The play station I purchased never worked and it keeps rebooting and they can’t change it because they don’t have another one! Now I have to safe up so I can purchase a new one from sky garden!
Stay away from this business call vivid gold unless you want to regret and waste money for useless item you didn’t order! They are ‘SCAMMER’ Period

iPad Keyboard:
You gave a go ahead to have the iPad keyboard delivered to you after verifying the product image via what’s app. Upon delivery, once again, you accepted the product to be the correct one you had verified via an image sent to you on what’s app, and proceeded to complete the payment. You later claimed that the product was not what you wanted, after the package seal had been broken. The sales rep confirmed to you we don’t take back items once the seal is broken. Every product has usage and comparability instructions which you must have confirmed upon delivery thus accepting the product and making the payment at free will. No one forced you into making a purchase you didn’t order for.
PS3 PreOwned Console:
Our technician has been at your premises to check in on the issue you are experiencing, he has confirmed after several trips that the products works just fine.
Let’s keep this review open until this issue is sorted.
