The item I ordered was out of stock, but good resolution
The item I ordered was out of stock, this was not reflected on the website. However, they reached out to me with an alternative, and as this was not an option, they ended up sourcing the exact item I wanted and delivering the next day, with follow-up and updates. I would give 5 stars if they actually update their stock on the site

Good products, terrible customer service
I've shopped with you severally, and you have a good catalogue of products, but this time the customer service made my experience incredibly frustrating.
Your website states that you do same-day delivery, but so far, I have been waiting for four days. My first problem is that considering your website promises same-day delivery; I'd expect that if there were a delay, someone from the shop would contact me to let me know. Instead, I'm the one who has had to reach out daily to inquire about why I've not received my stuff.
Secondly, on each day that I've reached out, a member of your staff has promised me I would get my stuff either by the end of the day or on the next day. It has been four days of false promises. I would much rather be told that there's no defined term limit and be contacted when the product is actually ready for delivery than being lied to constantly.
Third, I was told the reason for the delay was that the thing I'd ordered was being manufactured. I think that's something you should consider putting on your website so that clients can know not to expect the thing within the usual timeframe for delivery.
It has been a negative experience for me and I'm not inclined to shop with you again. I hope you will improve on both your communication and overall customer service for future clients.

The God Of War Ragnarok stand you ordered needed to be 3D modeled thus takes a number of days to be completed due to the process involved.
This had not been communicated in the website on that particular item, which we have currently updated with a disclaimer on it stating the expected delivery days after order is placed. Thank you for that clarification.
We are sad to hear you wouldn't shop with us once again. Management will reach out on how we can amend the bad taste you may have in our brand, so as to retain you as a customer. We have always valued you shopping with us.

Good day. Unfortunately your order can not be fulfilled as the mastercard you used to purchase the gift card was marked as stolen therefore your transaction has been flagged as fraudulent. The funds are being held by the 3rd party payment gateway merchant and will be reversed. Kindly use cards that are not fraudulently acquired. Thank you.
