Excellent service by Mr Bryan Adams they are always up for my call. best fare according to other websites. They are so polite with me and I'm 100% Satisfied with their services.

Worst ever experience of my life booked ticket was traveling to see parents who not well for Eid festival but they lied, cheated, I don't know how can people like them in this world they ruined everything made upset my whole family who was waiting on the other end take my money booked way in advance 2 weeks never received e tickets all liars veryday new story new excuse 2 days before they asked pay £1000 more but unfortunately still waiting for refund they all fraud sitting online playing with people feelings and keeping your money for no reason going to complain file a official case to police and get my refund as everyday I call no response no reply really wish never gone through all this they all Indian cheater hiding their ids cheryl,damon,etc vogue travel house, ezeeflights, traveljockey they all same all positive feedbacks are FAKE.
I hate them I curse them everyday hopefully they will get what they deserve and how they treat people

UPDATE SINCE THE COMPANY'S REPLY.
My flights were not cancelled due to covid-19 but due to them not having the flight seats available to sell in the first place. The refund is arriving through the post in pennies because I still have not received it yet.
This is a big scam In travel business they sell online and once you purchased your tickets they email you and say to call, when you call they quote you a higher price saying the cheaper airline fare is sold out. Once you agree to the price and dates they take your payment and dont send you confirmation receipt of payment or etickets. So called again and said the flights are not scheduled on the date we are due to fly out. Then asked if we could go 2 days earlier I said yes provide etickets please. Guess what no etickets. So phoned again now saying can you go 2 days later than the original date booked. Agreed again once they promised confirmation and said etickets will arrive in 48 hours 72 hours later no etickets phoned them again and they are too busy to speak to me. Got hold with another agent who advised the manager Sam said etickets will arrive 6pm latest guaranteed. 6pm no etickets. Phoned them again and keep getting excuses. Now they're are telling me to wait 2-3 hours. Please avoid Sam, Rachael who will feed you false promises. These positive reviews are not authentic I can assure you.
Please be careful before you pay.

Bad experience so far...

I am actually wondering if this company is not a fraud company. A double payment on a flight was made since March 20, 2020, and up till now, no refund is yet to be made. John has not been a good customer service person, never returns the calls, and never give any update. I have been giving 10 working days for the refund since March, the same story each time I called. And to think of the fact that I am calling from Canada, which required that I woke up in the early morning to make the calls because of the time difference. I was even asked to send my personal bank details and nothing was done. It is over four months now. I strongly hope one of their managers will respond to this.

Staff were very efficient and helpful, and catered to all our special requests on booking flights. John in particular was extremely professional and delivered an excellent customer service. We felt at ease as John insured all the itinerary was adhered to and we had no problems with our flight journey. Excellent flight!

Vogue Travel House were really helpful when booking last minute flights to Las Vegas! They were also by far the cheapest option but the flights were great. The change over timings were tight but we didn’t have any problems. Highly recommend!

I would not even give a star rating if I had the choice.

Although I had paid, my original ticket was issued with a different airline this was not issued or obtained correctly and the company had to provide new ones, with a different airline. They did not provide them for the times I originally requested. I felt I had no choice but to fly with the new tickets so as not to lose my money. Alternatively, I would have had to pay more for the errors they had made - namely having my money and not purchasing the tickets at the time.

As usual tickets are issued on purchase, this did not occur. I still am unclear of the reasons why. I continually had to chase and make demands for my ticket.

Once they eventually arrived by email after several days, I was extremely traumatised to find out on Christmas Eve my ticket had been suspended by the airline and told my ticket was issued in short by fraudulent methods. Despite having purchased my ticket in November.

I was told the problem would be rectified. I had to spend all Christmas trying to obtain a new ticket as the airline was saying I could not fly on the current ticket. I had the stress of having to call VTH continually and email. Who has to WhatsApp their travel agent! Never have I had to do this. It was not until approximately 15 mins before arriving at the airport that my ticket was emailed to me.

On investigation it was still not a correct ticket/legitimate ticket.

I would not use or trust this company. You are continually passed from pillar to post. You can never speak to a manager or senior management to get answers. Some operators were rude, aggressive and threatening in their manner.

Not only did I incur problems but also the friend I was travelling with.

I have dealt with John. I found him helpful and very patient. I have been very pleased with the service.John secured flights to Mumbai and then onward flights to Dabolim. He quoted a good price and took the trouble to ensure that I wouldnt need to change terminals at Mumbai which could have proved problematic.Will use them again. I must add that I was worried by the review claiming the scam but in my case they provided an excellent service.

So far so bad....
I will update this review as we progress. But the story so far is that .PAUL sent me a ticket for 1920 pound. I asked repeatedly even just 2 seconds before payment.. I was told the ticket is available. . Soon as I paid the story changed. There is no ticket and refund will take 5 days. When am due to travel in 3 days.They offered me a different date. 3 days later which means I wud miss the wedding am attending. I refused this.. Further calls from me were answered. By PETER, JOHN DAMON and Yes SHERYL. peter said he has refunded the ticket but when asked for evidence of this he refused. I have played the call recording to my bank and they are dealing with it. John said Sheryl who resumed work at 4 had finished shift at 6 and both paul and peter had left office. Damon said it wasnt booked by his department therefore he knows nothing... I will update this place with further update as this unfold. They hv probably started what they cant finish.

Finally the next day PAUL called me just after 9am and apologized for the mess. He proceeded to ensure that I secure a ticket at the lowest fare. I must admit Paul was extremely helpful. He literally did everything he could to get me a ticket. He must have spent over 2 hours on the phone with me trying to fix the issue. So in my view Paul is a good man. In terms of the company I am not so sure about the set up and Try to avoid the one called Damon or Sheryl if u can.

Paul was very helpful and informative, willing to assist. When tickets were difficult and expensive to purchase , he found affordable ones.
