Fantastic service from vogue travel house. I travel round the world and only just came back from a cruise to Barbados so we wanted to try a new travel agent as most of the tickets to Nigeria were a bit pricey at this season. Paul was really professional and patient. He took us ( my husband and I ) through booking and reserving our tickets. Good price as well. A little delay with getting our e-tickets but all my fears and queries were dealt with by Paul and his team in a friendly and reassuring manner. We will be vacating in February and all next year surely recommend vogue travel house. Keep up the good work and do not tarnish your reputation please. Lucy

Scammers and liars. Paul and the CEO will be hearing from my lawyer soon as I will be sueing them shortly for ruining my holiday, pain and agony. After 2months of lies and withholding my money yet no ticket after collecting 1640pounds Just for them to refund when ticket prices have doubled for Christmas now I can't get a ticket. Wicked souls.

We sincerely apologise for this unfortunate situation, however We had offered you other flight options on the same travel dates at the same fare but you din't want to go for any of those flight options neither you were ready to wait.
Later, You have booked different flights with higher fares, when you checked and understood the flights were overbooked and can't be booked.
These situations occurs with the Airlines as well and they give the passengers the different flight, which had to be taken. but here when we have offered you different flight options you wanted the same exact flights only.
Again, We apologise for this unfortunate experience and offer you a future credit of £100.00 for your future travel.
Please give us the opportunity to assist and compensate for the inconvenience.
