They postponed the concert and we let them know that we cannot attend but they didn’t refund the money!!!!

Ik was niet blij, want mijn stoel was niet beschikbaar bij het concert van Leila en ik zat dus ergens anders. Het tijdstip voor het Ebi-concert was veranderd en ik had moeite om voor mijn kinderen te zorgen.

Dieser Veranstalter sendet die Absage bezüglich eines Konzerts, wenn Du schon vor die geschlossenen Türen des Veranstaltungsort stehst.
Sie haben nicht den Anstand, die Konzertbesucher am Vormittag zu informieren, dass ohne Grund so weite Fahrten unternommen werden.
Das ist eine Belastung für den Konzertbesucher und Umwelt.
Ich werde nie wieder bei diesem Anbieter ein Ticket bestellen, egal, wer kommen wird.

Eine absolute Frechheit! Volek Event hat beim Konzert von Shadmehr Aghili bewiesen, wie skrupellos und geldgierig sie sind. Erst werden die besten Plätze in den vorderen Reihen als „ausgebucht“ angezeigt, nur damit sie warten, bis die hinteren Reihen voll sind – und plötzlich sind die ersten Reihen wie durch ein Wunder wieder verfügbar! So eine dreiste Täuschung und Abzocke ist einfach unfassbar. Kunden werden hier bewusst manipuliert, nur um den maximalen Profit herauszuschlagen. Nie wieder!

Mansour’s concert was moved from a large venue to a very small one just one night before it started. I believe this was their plan all along to scam people. They crammed 400 people into a tiny venue, the sound didn’t even reach the middle of the hall, and no one is taking responsibility.

They are extremely unprofessional and stealing people’s money when it’s your right to get it back!!!! Respond to my emails!! There is a law and you cannot just hold peoples money like this so disgusting! When the concert is canceled it’s my right to get my money refunded

Last week, March 1, a concert in Stockholm (Nasser Zeinali) was postponed to Sunday, and on Sunday the concert was canceled halfway through, and to this day no one has responded.

I had a problem once and the manger talk to me very rude

In fact, there was no concert. The singer confirmed that 5 songs were sung and the hall was closed. Based on our trust in you, this was not in the best interests of your audience.

Det var trångt mellan borden. Givk inte att sitta ordentligt. Många hade inga platser. Maten tog slut. Ingen ordentlig struktur. Ingen ordentlig presentation av kvällens schema. Musiken var låg i delar av lokalen, men för högt framme vid artisten. Folk hade druckit och kunde inte bete sig.
Ingen bra service av servitörerna. De sprang runt som yra höns.

1 star, because I can’t give negatives. Worse event organiser ever. Have now tried you twice, I’d rather burn money then return. Firstly people’s behaviour was ridiculous! They were moving a disruptive the WHOLE DAMN show, without a single security person asking them to sit. The only reason I didn’t leave was to respect the artist. Secondly the quality of sound was bullshit. You’re charging the same money as convention centre and the opera house, and booking some random hall in a church! Thirdly twice now I’ve shown up to a concert where my seat had been sold in duplicate. Shame on you!

I was extremely disappointed with how this event was managed, especially in the way it ended. Despite being scheduled until 11 PM, the organizers unprofessionally and rudely cut off the singer’s microphone exactly at 11, without even allowing him to say goodbye to the audience. This was not only disrespectful to the performer but also an outright insult to the guests.

Furthermore, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. They repeatedly announced through the microphone that guests should leave as soon as possible, as if they were being forced out. Such treatment is completely unacceptable for a professional event and created a highly unpleasant and disrespectful experience for attendees. Event organizers should prioritize guest satisfaction and respect, but in this case, the exact opposite happened.

I strongly advise others to carefully reconsider before attending any events by this organizer unless major improvements are made in their management and staff conduct. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable.

Events are usually held either late. There is no apology from the organizers. Sometimes the space is filled beyond capacity.

25 band concert Malmö,
1 hour and 36 minutes late, with out any sorry our explanation. Sound was bad, light was bad. We could not here her voice, only her husband's screaming I love you 1000 times. One song ......they repeated 4 times. Waste of money and time

Katastrofalt, de kan inte konsert, kaos , vi betalade att sitta längst fram, sedan kom alla och dansade framför oss och det var omöjligt att se artistenna. Det skulle börja 20:00 men en tjej som heter DJ Sara som körde sin race till 21:30. Aldrig mer med Volek!!!

I had a terrible experience with Volek Events after purchasing tickets for the Naser Razazi and Najmedin Gholami concert on 26th December. Despite booking tickets well in advance and traveling from Manchester to London, the event was a complete disaster due to poor organization and lack of basic facilities.
1. Overcrowding and Overselling Tickets: The venue was overcrowded, with no proper seating arrangements. It was impossible to enjoy the concert due to the chaos and discomfort.
2. No Basic Amenities: No food or refreshments were provided, which added to the frustration. This is unacceptable for an event of this scale.
3. No Accountability: When I raised these issues with Volek, they dismissed any responsibility and directed me to the organizers, who haven’t responded at all. As the ticket seller, Volek should take ownership of the events they advertise and sell tickets for.

This experience ruined what should have been an enjoyable evening and wasted my time, effort, and money. I expected much better professionalism and accountability from Volek Events. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing tickets from them unless they improve their practices.
