درود بر شما،کنسرت حسن شماعیل زاده و هنگامه بلیط خریدم،ردیف ۱۶صندلی ۱،۲ اما اصلا ردیف ۱۶ وجود خارجی نداشت،هرج و مرج هرجا پیدا کن بشین ۳ با از روی ردیف به ریزی دیگه جا به جا شدیم.فروش بلیط با صندلی اصلا هماهنگی نداشت متاسفانه👎🏻،بهتر هست کمی احترام برای کسی که بلیط میخرد قائل باشیم
البته همین مشکل توی کنسرت سامی بیگی هم بود متاسفانه🤷‍♀️

This time was my first time ever in my life to book for a concert event and that's because of my favorite singer as it was my dream to come to new Zealand and now my dream is come true by hearing this important event by volec site.
All on all, I didn't feel anything negative.But the only point might be good you to be considered is to notice like when event will finish.

Incident Report: Persian Concert in Kensington Great Town Hall (22/11/2024)

Last night we attended a Persian concert at Kensington Great Town Hall featuring the singer Shamaizadeh. Unfortunately, the event was poorly managed, leading to significant issues for attendees.

Overcrowding and Security Issues:
Around 200 people, including myself, were denied entry despite holding valid tickets. Security claimed the organizer had oversold tickets beyond the venue's capacity. We were kept waiting outside in freezing 1°C weather for over an hour, even as the concert began inside.

Police Involvement:
More than 100 police officers were deployed to manage the frustrated crowd and discuss potential cancellations, and finally cancelled.

Organizer's Explanation:
The organizer blamed a security error, claiming attendees who went outside for cigarettes were double-counted. However, videos shared on social media suggest the venue was already at capacity but definitely wasn't enough for crowd outside, Despite this, their website continued to show tickets available for purchase.

Refund Refusal:
After the concert, the organizer refused to issue refunds.

We are now planning to request official reports from the police and the Kensington Great Town Hall regarding the incident. As we have valid barcodes for our tickets, we intend to file a formal complaint against the organizers, Mehr Production and Club Cuccini, for their mismanagement and failure to honor ticket sales appropriately.

After ticket sale, the Venue is changed to a cheap club even without any notifications!
The door supposed to be opened at 8 but they opened it at 9:30 and artists came at 12:15!
Poor quality of sound was not bearable so had to leave the club after a few minutes!

Check the organizer of events and avoid if it's BT Event!

Volek is and has been the number 1 ticket selling site for a few years now.

They just facilitate the selling of tickets on behalf of organizers they are not the organizers of the actual events despite what some of the un-educated reviews on here would have you believe.

I have had many experiences with your site, and the concert notifications from you have always been excellent. Recently, the process of receiving and purchasing tickets has improved, but you have increased the added value costs.”

Wenn man bei VOLEK bestellt muss man außer den Gebühren die ja eigentlich normal sind und auch sein gutes Recht , zuzüglich wenn man Paypal bezahlt 3,5%, obwohl die Transaktionsgebühren von Paypal nur 2,5 % sind. Das heißt man bezahlt nochmal 1% mehr an VOLEK obwohl man schon die Gebühren bezahlt hat. Jetzt stellt man sich vor man bestellt 5 Tickets. Unglaublich!!!!

Das Konzert in Köln war absolut schlecht organisiert. Man dürfte nicht einmal ein Glas Wasser mit in Saal nehmen. Eine Stunde Verspätung um 9:10 anstatt 8:00 Uhr angefangen.
Insgesamt: Schlechter Service, teuer und unbequeme Sitze in Köln Rheinparkweg.

Das Konzert begann mit einer Stunde Verspätung, es gab eine lange Pause und es war viel zu früh zu Ende. Insgesamt dauerte es nur 45 Minuten. Nie wieder Siavash Ghomeishi und Volek. das war eine absolute Enttäuschung und pure Abzocke.

Canceled our ticket for Ebi concert and didn't return the money after 3 years. Very bad customer service

The concert was mainly a play back.
The organisation was also terrible. Not being on time, seats structure, …

Soundsystem was bad and there was no a proper chair numbering.

My experience was horrible. The event was suppose to start at 20:00. It started at 21:30 and it was already 22:00 when the artist showed up that we bought the ticket for. We had to take public transport to another city hence we left the concert to catch metro and train. We missed have the concert.
