I bought an scx30 and was given a date…
I bought an scx30 and was given a date on backorder for the 9th, on top was an express delivery charge but paid it and waited. Never heard a thing after the 9th so contacted on the 11th to be told that it wasn't in stock until the 24th so got a refund. I normally use Jadlam & Modelsport. This was the first and last time I use this company. It's that simple.

We’re really sorry that your first experience with us ended this way, and we completely understand your disappointment.
Unfortunately, the change in the expected stock date was completely outside of our control. Our supplier stock and expected delivery information is provided to us directly through their stock feeds, and these dates and availability can sometimes change at short notice. This is something that can affect any model retailer using the same suppliers and receiving the same stock information.
We do, however, appreciate how frustrating it must have been to reach the expected date and then have to contact us yourself to find out that the date had changed. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.
As soon as it became clear that the revised date didn't work for you, we were of course happy to arrange your refund.
We genuinely hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as we’d really like the opportunity to provide you with the level of service we normally aim for.

Good service
I ordered a Crawler RC car for my grandson. I had some questions relating to the battery so I rang the model shop. My questions were easily answered by the knowledgeable person on the phone.
The car arrived very promptly, was well packaged and at a very reasonable price.
I would happily deal with this company again.

Can't fault them
Can't fault them, originally the wrong battery came but once I told them a free adaptor came the next. I have 3 cars of voltage so far and I will be going back thanks to Jack
