VOOM Nutrition Avis 

Like all the products it is easy to take and works with my stomach and easy to digest.

Tried the trial offer product pack and was so impressed have now bought all i need for my tour du mont blanc hike in the summer.

Great product and tastes really nice. Tried the blocks on my last big bike ride and they held together and gave me that much needed kick. Will be stocking up on these for my next race.

Bought some of the electrolyte bars as a tester for my marathon this weekend (its the nutrition on the course) and i'm glad i did so that i know to avoid them.

The caffeine ones were a bit chemically. most caffeinated gels/bars can be, but these were too much.

Tested on a long run and they did not sit well with me on my stomach. Started feeling sick towards the end of my 2 hour run.

Take aways: Probably fine on a ride or before a swim. Texture is like crumbly soap.

I used to use Tailwind but since riding and using Voim on the Bealach Sportive I would 100% recommend Voom for a host of reasons but essentially because; it’s so easy on your stomach, I never felt ‘over sugared’ and the bars are amazing and like all their products, are very subtle to taste which is exactly what you want.
I use Voom for training and events and so far I cannot fault any products. From searing heat and alpine climbs with zero wind to rainy Scottish road and gravel (+MTB) routes and it’s been brilliant.

tastes awful. has the texture of a bar of soap, and a chemical aftertaste. the caffeine ones have an even worse aftertaste. I tried the starter pack and after the 1st one I knew I didn't like them, so have resigned to just put them in my emergency pack, but even when I'm bonking and would be inclined to eat "a scabby horse" they still taste horrible and are difficult to eat. in terms of performance, they do work and gave me energy, no digestive distress to report

I love this product. Definitely will be part of my ultra training and race nutrition.

Having been off training for several months due to a damaged shoulder and waiting for an operation. It as been great to get out again running and bike turbo to restore fitness. Had a small supply of Rocket bars so resupply need, that has boosted me in the restart training. Enjoy the taste, easy to take before or during exercise - Highly recommended

Tried these due to an offer and I am so glad I did. Having read so many reviews of pros and cons of gels and not really liking the thought of gels these VOOM products stood out to me and I am so glad I purchased them, these have helped in my marathon training and will be using them on the day. So easy to use and taste amazing.

Ive used voom in lot of my training runs. Easy to eat and keep track of carbs.

I absolutely love Voom - pure powerhouse of energy exactly when you need it, easier to eat and handle than gels and you don’t get that gel tab rip off when unwrapping!!! And recovery fudge is absolutely sensational!

I tried the welcome pack and then chose the raspberry bar for energy and then the recovery fudge and shake. Really like them and definitely feel that they make a difference to performance

Had to post a quick appreciation note. I've been training with voom pocket rockets for the last few months and have just completed my first ultramaration. I cannot express strongly enough how much the grapefruit caffeine kick bar helped me get over the line. Like I was fully blown out and in a bad place after 34 miles but the bar was honestly like having a large man pick me up and tell me I'm doing a good job. I smashed my target of 40 miles in 8 hours and I genuinely owe it to a grapefruit pocket rocket! Thank you!!!

VOOM nutrition has been the most important addition to my training routine this year. The Pocket rocket bars are easy to digest, quick acting and dont give me a crash in long workouts.

For the last two weeks I was on a training camp in Portugal and the products were brilliant to keep up with the high intensity and big hours of training. You can tell a lot of thought has gone in to the product design.

I've been using Voom for a couple years now and really rate their products. I always carry a few electro energy bars on my runs. The new berry and grapefruit bars are incredible. Huge fan of the recovery fudge too.
