Scam company - don't waste your time !
Folllowed all the steps correctly in order to gain a voucher and 48 hrs later it dissappeared completely from my account.
CS is non-existent.

Looks like a scam.... I signed up through VC to EDF energy and now guess what? EDF say they will get paid, I cannot access any voucher or referral money and vouchercloud emails don't work or customer service link is down. Do not sign up through these it has cost me a£50 loss

I made a purchase with Sykes Cottages in May of this year and as yet I have still not received any information relating to the £75 voucher that I was due to receive via Vouchercloud.

I tried to chase this up via the contact form in the app and the website but this continually says there's a problem and won't let me send the feed back.

The contact page states that an alternative is to contact vouchercloud at the email address shown in the app, I tried this over week ago and have still not received any response not even an auto generated acknowledgement.

Poor customer service, how can I get through to this company!

Opened the link through their site, made sure I accepted cookies, I don't use incognito mode and don't have any blockers on my browser, and the purchase was completed the same day as the offer was activated.

I sent in an email with all the requested proof, got what sounded like an automatic generic reply that it didn't track due to my error. The cheek to accuse their users of being stupid.

Don't use this, it's a scam. There are good respectable websites out there, I don't know what possessed me to use this.

Never again.

Voucherclould is absolutely great as great offers, and you can save so much money is really rewarding.

Easy to use and beneficial

I spent over $150 at Home Depot to get my promised $25 gift card. Support asked for my screenshots, but their automated email server keeps rejecting all of my emails as spam. I have tried sending regular emails and Google Drive links, and everything bounces back. My open case reference number is ref:!00D800Khmy.!500TU019GXVN:ref and my ticket number is 80776643. Please have a manager reach out to me directly so I can get my reward. I have also tried their customer support but cant upload the photos they ahd requested - I have now sent at least 20 emaisl, used Gemini for guidance and still have no resolution thank you

The primary issue was the company's inability to track any purchase, despite clicking through their link in proper time. I was told the reward was not tracked due to general reasons like not accepting cookies or using an expired link. However, the offer email states you should "follow the reward link to place your order within the next 24 hours," and I used the link on the same day as my booking. The company's customer service has been unhelpful, providing generic excuses and refusing to give a specific reason for why my valid purchase.
After multiple emails, they have not provided a specific reason for the failure to track or issue the reward. My experience suggests that their rewards system is unreliable and their customer service is unable to resolve issues when tracking fails.
