I've had mixed experiences so far, with some rewards coming through without any issues, but a few frustratingly didn't come through at all. A recent £50 reward for a MoneySuperMarket purchase was not granted. Upon querying this, I then provided the order confirmation, proof of payment and reward activation that they asked for. Still no reward, despite me following the usual procedure of enabling cookies, etc. I had done everything correctly and had then provided all the evidence they asked for. The same thing has happened with more than one Master of Malt purchase. Spending the time digging out and sending all the evidence and then still not receiving the reward is very frustrating.

I opted for a £10 voucher for buying from F1 auto centres. I tracked the award as being allocated and noted the upto 90 days pay order for it to become payable. I checked the update in July as having placed the order in June and correctly it stated awaiting approval from F1 autocentre. I then progressed the award 25/09/26 past the 90 days and was advised that I had been awarded the £10 voucher a couple of days after placing the initial order mid June. Voucher code kindly sent me a screen shot (that I requested) to confirm the voucher had been sent and it has been opened but the Gift Chosen was not activated. Obviously this email was hacked which is odd as I've never experienced this kind of situation in many many years. Sadly I will just have to avoid any offers that are affiliated with voucher cloud in the future. It's also very strange that the voucher was allegedly sent to me prior to me actually visiting the F1 auto center.

Never given even when tracked only first 1/2 times then never. Been disappeared after tracked a dozen times. So now stopped using, waste of time. Better of using other cashback sites.
