I received my new ordered within days of our correspondence. I just sent the other pair of shoes back. The tracking information will be enroute. Excellent, Excellent.

I ordered size 10. They were too big. I followed instructions and returned them. The new 9.5 replacements are on the way. The VTKix communications and follow ups have been top rate! Great client service!

Same quality issues with laces as others
I had the same thing happen as some other VTKix shoe purchasers. The clamp holding the laces together breaks easily and when you contact the company for support they deny it's their responsibility and instead direct you towards the 2nd set of (poor quality) laces that came in the box. Please don't waste your money on purchasing their shoes. Poor fit and quality.

Your shoes arrived as scheduled and they are as pictured on-line. I also want to say these are the most comfortable dance shoes. I am a beginner with Irish Dance and moving from hard shoes to these dance shoes is quite comfortable.
