These shoes are poorly made-especially this model. The lace design does not withstand a simple pull for tightening. The metal piece that secures the two ends of the lace is weak there, for the lace detaches from one end to the other.
Mine broke when I first tried it. I contacted VTKix support, but they denied helping me and did not take responsibility. My several attempts to remedy the situation were not answered! Please do not buy their product!

2nd time I ordered same shoe
The first time I ordered shoes from the company I was sent a size 12 when I ordered a size 15. Life got busy and I didn't get the chance to return them in the required 30 day limit. I really wanted the shoes and decided to order them again. I received the order and the size 15. However, they are to small. So I just give up

I ordered a size 8 and 9 for me and my daughter. The 8 was big for me so she took that pair. I gave the 9 to my bonus daughter who usually wears a size 10. Then I ordered myself a size 7 and just received them. They are soooo comfortable and we all love them. You may want to let customers know they run a little big so they order the right size.
