Had carpets cleaned today, 2 bedrooms, landing, staircase and small entrance. Great results....my carpets smell so fresh and look brand new. Couldn't be happier. Technician was professional and very informative and talked me through the process. He put my mind at rest with having pets regarding the cleaning products. Thankyou for doing such a great job!!

Very pleased with the results. Carlos was very informative and discussed the best process for each individual clean. I had one carpet and two rugs cleaned. Also kept me informed as to the time he would arrive.

Really disappointed to have to write this because after speaking with Toni it sounded like everything would be great.
I was advised I couldn’t be given a time due to not knowing how long each job would take but I would get a 90 mins notice before arrival. I got 10 minutes notice and was told it’s because he lived 3 minutes away for I needed to be done first. I was 20 mins away from my house about to walk my dog so had to turnaround straight away.

The clean of the mattress and dressing table chair was unsuccessful but still received an invoice for £120. Hoping off the back of the staff showing before and after pictures the customer services team will see reason to not charge the full amount.

Contacted with eta and arrived promptly. Friendly and polite. Great job well done. Would recommend. Many thanks.

James sent me a text on the morning of the oven clean with an expected time for arriving which was really helpful. He was a couple of hours early but rang to rearrange. Made an excellent job of an old cooker, was friendly and left the job all clean and tidy. Thanks so much, I'll be in touch about carpet cleaning !

We moved into our new house 2 weeks ago and the oven was filthy, I put a note on trust a trade and Vulcan rang so I booked them. The guy who came was on time and cracked on, but the finish was disappointing for the £145 charged. I have had oven cleans done before and never had grease left in the seals and around the doors, the extractor left dripping with whatever he sprayed on it and the hob still smeared. The kitchen floor was left with drips and dirt from the oven. I wouldn’t use them again.

Carlos, the vulcan engineer, arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did an outstanding job on my rangemaster elan. It really did look brand new!

My ovens look brand-new! Very good customer service here -they are excellent communicators- send out reminders telephone you before hand to confirm times . Very hard-working and pleasant lads did a great job.

I am very impressed with my double oven after it's been cleaned by them. I'll keep your details for next time.

Very disappointing service , first appointment was due to be an afternoon appointment , still had not arrived by 4.30 pm rescheduled for bank holiday Monday with promise would be first appointment 8.30/9 am still hadn’t arrived by 0950 so I rang office only to be told person would not be arriving for at least another two hours! . Expressed my disappointment that I had arranged my day around this and was offered a £20 discount which I refused as I was disappointed at the whole offer of service , , stay away if you want a reliable service where people turn up when they tell you they will

Very disappointed with the customer service on booking with this company.

They cancelled the booking on the day/time it was due to be done and offered to reduce this by £20.
Yet they would have charged myself the customer £50.00 or half of the booking value if I had cancelled less than 48hr notice.
This is very disappointing and unfair that they expect a customer to honour a 48hr cancellation or be charged £50 yet they will only refund £20 when their company has cancelled when appointment should actually of been started.

Stay well away and do not give them ur time or money.

Truly shocking and obviously a company that want to take as much as they can from a customer and are not willing to realise when they should be looking at a situation from a customer perspective.
Very very Poor management in place and being practised.

The owner of this business should look into the practices/ protocols in place and make some changes, maybe then you would have retained a regular customer who would have been voicing about how good this company is instead of how bad.
