Amazing service - Highly recommend!

Thanks again to James and the excellent team at VVS. After a terrific purchasing experience during December, i did not use my car for almost 3 months due to lockdown. When i did use it there were a couple of minor issues, some of which were more down to my lack of familiarity than with the car itself. James patiently listened to my concerns, gave helpful advice and the car was repatriated to VVS where all my minor concerns were addressed and resolved. the car was returned to me and is now absolutely faultless. There was no argument or quibble - all completed promptly and with goodwill. I always feel the true mark of a good company is how you are treated after the purchase has been completed, and once again, VVS have been excellent. Thanks to James and all at VVS.

I'd like to thank Dan and Harrison for going above and beyond in assisting me with the purchase of my dream car. A goal of three years in the making was achieved with exceeded expectations! Nothing was too much trouble to make sure the car was perfect in every detail. From arranging paint correction on the body, repainting the wheels and repainting callipers in body colour to full PPF, changing of exhaust and delivering the car to my desired destination. The thing that impressed me the most was everything discussed at the time of purchase was carried out to the tee - as promised! Being new to Lamborghini ownership the guys showed great patience when answering my many questions, even months after the car had been delivered! Going forward VVS will be my dealer of choice for any pre owned supercars and I would have no hesitation in recommending the expertise and experience of Dan and Harrison to my friends and family. 5 star service gents - a big thank you from me!

VVS have been easy to deal with, clear & responsive throughout.
Everything was exactly as described from car collection to sale funds being transferred immediately with no issues.
There has to be lot to trust when you sell a car through a 3rd party. Not only do they have strong accounts and assets but on visiting they also seem like decent people which makes transactions much more pleasant.

The showroom is much more impressive than i was expecting both in size and stock that exceeds most main dealers. Its a really nice setup that is worth a look around.

I would happily recommend them based on my experience and use them again.

Having seen a car advertised, my family and I visited VVS and were immediately impressed by the premises and in particular the sales Executive James Gautrey who dealt with our purchase. From the outset he was professional throughout but was still able to provide a personal experience, one far better than I have received in any other of my previous car purchases. James went the extra mile and maintained excellent contact from start to finish. Not only was he extremely helpful and genuinely a nice chap, but in difficult Covid times, he made my wife and I feel safe while at the premises and VVS themselves ensured that social distancing was maintained by limiting customers on site at any one time. We were very impressed and I can wholeheartedly recommend the team and company based on my own experience. The presentation of the vehicle upon collection was immaculate and their after sales care as equally impressive. We love our new car and thank them for making the experience so enjoyable.

We have all read reviews when buying anything online but on occassions i have asked myself this, Are they really true or do these people actually write them themselves. Well, i can tell you quite honestly this one is true. I have recently completed the purchase of a vehicle and had it delivered to my door without actually seeing the car in the flesh. From the very first phone call i was treated with the utmost respect and told nothing but the exact specifications and truth about the vehicle in question. It goes without saying that to purchase a vehicle of any type without viewing it and putting the trust and faith in the sellers hands by phone is a huge risk, however at the same time this was a mark of the respect on there behalf. Satisfied with there business ethics is an understatement, paperwork and delivery of my new vehicle was started just prior to new years day and delivered to my door on 12th january 2021. These guys could not do enough for me and continuously emailed and phoned me to make sure i was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend VVS and will most certainly be using them again in the near future, thank you guys so much.

I recently purchased a Porsche 997 from VVS, viewed it in person at their showroom. My contact was James Gautrey - Sales Manager. The car was immaculately prep'd prior to delivery. During the viewing we talked about the vehicle, its history, performance etc. and how VVS prepare cars for their customers. This was a relaxed viewing taking as long as I wished, certainly no pressure selling. I took delivery of the car a few months ago, since then James has kept in touch to ensure I am satisfied with my purchase and also to offer assistance and services as part of the VVS customer experience. Booked an appointment to view a car I had seen on line, was greated by James Gautry who made us feel very welcome. Let us look round at an awesome range of super cars before showing me the car I came to see.
There was no pressure in selling & I went away to think about wether it was the car for me.
Two weeks later had another appointment to pick the car up. All was very professional & James gave as much time as needed to go through all aspects of the car etc.
