Total scammers pretending to be a NZ business while re-selling cheap Chinese crap clothing. Fabric very thin and style nothing like the item pictured on the website. Don’t respond to attempts to contact them.

After reading all these reviews and like everyone else its been a month since I ordered. I asked for a refund. Have an email back saying they are refunding my credit card. Its not showing yet. Will let you know if and when it does. Makes me wonder if they ever had the garment in the first place. Not changing star rating yet, will see.
Its happened the money is in my account. I will have to up my star rating. I will give them a 3 as in the end I am not out of pocket, but I won't be ordering again.

I would give a zero if I could. Wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering.
This is a scam site, the dress I ordered is cheap crap and nothing like the picture.
It was delivered from China with no paperwork to be able to return it.
DON’T order from this site. Waiheke is beautiful - this rubbish is anything but!!

SCAM!!! No such shop as Waiheke Boutique. It’s a drop shipping company selling Ali express clothes. My dress arrived after 3 weeks and it’s an absolute joke. So thin and see through because the material is something I wouldn’t even use for a dining table. No labels and the same packaging as a SHEIN order. The same “sale ending tonight” that I purchased under, is still going 4 weeks later. I wish I had researched.

Waited 3 weeks for the rubbish to arrive…..from China. I’d given up. Might as well have for it was absolute garbage and went straight in the bag for the op shop. The two 'dresses' look nothing whatsoever like the pictures and are cheap nasty junk. The same pictures that appear on the website also appear on Temu for a much lesser price. If I’d paid little for the two 'garments' and it had arrived in 5 days from Temu I would, perhaps, not be as mad as I am about this site. I thought I’d checked the site out but obviously did not look far enough. My fault.

Damn. Should have read the reviews. Ordered and not received with continual emails putting up fake excuses. 😕

The company is NOT from New Zealand, let alone Waiheke.
After a month, I'm yet to receive the goods. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, as they haven't even SHIPPED yet. But have had every excuse in the book as to why they can't provide that.
Learn from my mistake and don't waste your time, or money, on these scammers. Someone needs to shut them down.

This site is a total scam. Ordered from them over a month ago, thought it was a legitimate company on waiheke island!!. Not received goods, can't trace my order, have emailed them three times and every time I get the run around. Avoid them at all costs.

This is a sham business. Website photos have the appearance of quality boutique clothes, but in reality are resold poor quality'Temu' clothes sold at a boutique price.

Scam site - goods not delivered, delaying tactics used when enquiring. Not a NZ site - Luckily I used my Visa for the purchase so have lodged a chargeback claim to get my money back - cannot recommend

What a terrible company to deal with. Ordered two tops two days later email to say one of the colours is out of stock. No mention of when the order will be sent. Don’t bother buying from this company. Useless at the best.

Offer sales and promotions and dont deliver. Exercise caution when ordering as despite claiming they are associated with Waiheke Island in NZ you have to wait lengthy delivery times as it comes from China. Mine has been stuck with a carrier Ywen in china for two weeks now with no sign of life. Buyer beware. Contacted the company direct on three occasions to be told its been dispatched and cannot cancel or refund my money. Think it is a scam
