If it was possible to give a minus 5 this would be it! Sizing is a joke - a shirt too big and a dress too small - both of which were supposedly medium. The breathable fabric felt like putting on a plastic bag. And the styles looking nothing like the pictures! A very disappointing experience, confirming that we should be supporting the shop-front retailer and avoiding deceptive on-line sales.

I purchased several items thinking it was NZ made. Seems not, straight from a Chinese shitty factory. Took a month to get to me and the quality was worse than Temu. Looks nothing like the quality on their promo. I would feel embarrassed wearing it, such poor quality material and fit.

Delivery was too long and the quality was typical Chinese made rubbish. Way too expensive for such poor quality fabric.
Don't believe the photos on their advert as they are totally photoshopped. Especially the colours. Temu or Shein quality.
Don't buy from them!!

Like others I would score less if I could. I agree wholeheartedly that this company portrays itself fraudulently, from their photos, garment photos and descriptions.

I bought a top and earrings thinking I was buying local and would be of reasonable quality, took a month to arrive and so disappointed. I immediately contacted the company to return but was advised it would cost a lot to return, I could keep and have 100% credit or a 25% refund. I advised no to both and said I would report them to the commerce commission and ask my bank to charge back given I felt the whole transaction was fraudulent due to misrepresentation. They came back with an offer of 40% which I negotiated to 50%. I have received that but I still want to discuss with the commerce commission to see if they can take down their website. I would also suggest everyone bombard Facebook for hosting this company.

SCAM ALERT! Clothing is made of dreadful cheap fabric, made in China! To return, will cost more than what you paid for the item but that is not evident on the so called 'Waiheke Boutique'website. BE WARNED!

I believed I was purchasing from a New Zealand company Waiheke Boutique.
No No my top came from China and it was totally not what I expected.
Trying to get refund . Their 30 day money back guarantee is a scam.
Told I would have to send back to China . That is not going to happen. Far to expensive.

Waiheke Island My arse....Purchased 7 garments and none of them fitted so went to return them and guess what they are in China and its going to cost me $80 to return them and then would i get my money back from these fake barstards...

Absolute rubbish. Cant believe I got taken in. Thought it was a NZ company. Complete crap quality, make and fabric. Don’t touch them it is just a complete scam. If only there was something you could really do as these people are criminals.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I trusted this was coming from waiheke nz. Only to find it was coming from China. 3 weeks and still no delivery. I have emailed a few times. Every reply is exactly the same. Don't order from this crowd. A total ripe off. Tracking is showing the same thing.

Never use them - its a total scam - I brought 2 shirts for $130 odd - material rubbish - went to use the 30 day return and found out its not waiheke island its china and will cost the amount I paid to return the items - reported them on Facebook - DONT USE THEM - Temu is better and cheaper if you want to waste/risk it

WARNING to anyone who goes to purchase off this company. It is not in NZ (Waiheke) it is in China. I ordered a dress, a week later they emailed to say they were out of stock and to choose another colour, no mention of refund. I did not like the other colours but choose the best of the bunch and hoped it would be ok, 2 weeks later the dress arrived and I was really disappointed in the colour and the quality. It was just a Temu dress you could buy for $15 with a Gucci price tag. I asked to return it for a refund and was told the huge expense (on me) to send back to China or a 10% refund to keep it. This is when i realized the company was not in Waiheke. Long story short I did not back down and sent there Refund Policy on their website "30 days return guaranteed. They have now offered 40% discount and no return! Very disappointing and wish i had read trustpilot first.
They are a rip off and not genuine

0 Stars. Do not buy from this store. It is a complete scam. The site wording makes out it's local when it's not; all the reviews are fake, and the awful, cheap items that arrive are actually comical. NOTHING like the images on the site and ads, and nothing like the description. Proper refunds are not given as they always have things on sale, they lie about how much it costs to return items in order to avoid refunding, and when you insist, you still have to send the returned item back to China. I'm yet to see if they then actually refund once it has arrived back in China. Awful experience, so much time and money wasted.

Absolute shocker - advertised as breathable cotton - waited 5 weeks to receive a cheap polyester dress - shiny and smells like chemicals. Arrived from China with no tags, is shapeless and stiff. Cant recommend - I have bought better quality from Temu - definitely a rip off at $89.95.
I'm currently jumping through hoops to get a refund. Im expecting they will want it returned to China for some exorbitant freight cost. I wouldn't be surprised as delaying tactics and smarmy email promises are the norm here. Fortunately I purchased it using a Visa branded card so will simply initiate a Visa charge back within the standard 90-day period if my money is not returned soon.

0 is a better review number. DO NOT purchase from this website! It is an absolute rip off. Terrible fabrics and badly fitting garments and if you want to send them back, they quote exorbitant costs for couriers and ‘customs clearance’. I wouldn’t even risk sending anything back because I’m sure it’s another way for them to rip you off. Think communication is done with AI too.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Dress finally arrived one month after ordering is a shabby poorly made dress nothing like photos only fit for trash bin. Will research websites better in future do not buy from this site.

I believed i was buying item from waiheke island, turned out was from China. Absolute crap blouse,terrible fabric like shower curtain...will be going straight to op shop.this was nothing like i expected. Would not recommend buying from this site .so disappointed as also had to wait nearly 4 weeks for delivery. I recommend do not buy

I was so disappointed in the quality of the clothing that arrived given what I paid for them. Cheap and nasty! I do not recommend buying from them. My parcel arrived today and I have just packaged it up again and have requested return details and asked for a full refund. If I don’t get this I will take it further. I’m reluctant to call it a scam but it is looking like it is.
