We purchased a new home at Kingsley Manor, Little Thornton and moved in 12th June 2026. None of this would have been possible if it hadn't been for the sales associate Ashley Mercer. Having completed the purchase at Trevemper in less than 7 weeks I cannot fault every aspect of the process including post sale. Francesca, Kerry, Raff and Jake have all been super helpful. Answered all my enquiries clearly and promptly; I cannot fault them. They have made an otherwise stressful time so much easier to navigate. And the house is perfect! Thank you!

Incredible whole experience
Our whole experience from our very first visit to the sales office to moving in and living our first month here have been incredible. All of the sales team, Francesca, Holly, Cath and Kerry, were great at communicating and making sure we always knew what was going on with our build and they were great at supporting with paperwork and moving in. The site team, especially Jake and Raph, have been very attentive in making sure we are happy with our build and sorting little snags quickly. Can’t thank the Trevemper team enough!

Mike and Paul came to our property on Kinglsey Manor 21/07/26. They fixed our squeaky bedroom floorboards and sealed our shower screen that was leaking. Lovely chaps, they cracked on, arrived just before 8 and had it done just after 10. Perfect.

Wain Homes Higher Trewhiddle
I had a great experience from start to finish purchasing a house on the Higher Trewhiddle development from Wain Homes. Michelle and Simone were professional and always super helpful in dealing with any queries or issues that arose. Michelle in particular was very supportive and an absolute star 🌟 regarding enabling communication with my solicitors who were an absolute nightmare and needed constant prodding and chasing. Thank you so much Michelle and Simone for your support, it truly made so much difference and reduced stress when it arose. I moved in 3 weeks ago and am absolutely delighted with the house and the service I have received so far in addressing any issues which have arisen. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

New House Move
We completed on our new home at Rectory Woods at the end of May and have been settling in nicely over the last six weeks or so. As with any new build there were a few snagging items to sort, but nothing major. In fact, we had a professional snagger come out to inspect the property and they were impressed with the overall standard of the build.
A special mention has to go to Alex, who was fantastic at getting things sorted and keeping communication flowing throughout. He genuinely couldn't do enough to make sure everything was dealt with and that we were happy, offering useful advice for anything that might crop up down the line and making sure repairs and touch ups were handled promptly.
Sales manager Claire has also been brilliant from day one, making time to answer every question we had. Beyond that, they are both just decent, personable people and their customer service has been first class.
Alex has since moved on, and we have now been handed over to the customer care team. Our only hope is that the remaining snags are completed with the same speed and care we experienced while he was on site.
Overall, a really positive experience so far and we are loving the house.
**UPDATED** as it turns out your customer care team is effectively useless. Communication is non exsistent, the only solutions provided are to pass on to third parties who clearly aren't responsible. Shame as it is really starting to put a cloud over what was a positive move, for that reason I have updated it to 2*'s

Buying our new home at Kingsley Manor…
Buying our new home at Kingsley Manor has been a great experience from the get go thanks to Ashley. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very patient and reassured us on many occasion! The site manager Danny and assistant site manager Lee were also great. On demonstration day, there were quite a number of snagging issues noted - the joiner arrived while we still there to sort out the doors - couldn’t ask for more than that. If all our issues are rectified that quickly, we will be happy. 😊
