Hi Chris, I am sorry that you didn't get on with these orthotics - they are made to help realign your feet into the correct position, so it is really important to only wear them for an hour at a time to begin with, to allow your feet to get used to them before gradually increasing this. This can be the case as your feet get used to them, so please begin by wearing the insoles for no more than an hour at a time. After a few days, gradually build up how long you wear the insoles for until you reach a point where you are comfortable wearing them for multiple hours at a time; this process can take a couple of weeks. Walkfit are great Value for money
Walkfit are great I had been using another brand 5 times the price of Walkfit These are just as good if not better and are helping with my posture to control my hip and back pain

Have only worn them twice,but they certainly seem to be helping. I am not doing too much walking at moment due to lockdown,but look forward to wearing them for longer periods,with confidence!

I have plantar fasciitis and tried all 3 insoles and none are right for me I was very excited to see them advertise so thought they would be for me unfortunately they are not.

Hi Alison, we are sorry to hear that you didn't feel the insoles were working for you. We recommend our customers to begin by using the low insert and gradually working your way up through the sizes. Should you reach a point where you feel completely comfortable, then continue to wear that insole, even if it’s the ‘low’ insert.

Highly recommended. I purchased one pair of walk fit insoles and they have been fantastic. The pain in my foot/heal disappears when I'm wearing them and they are really comfortable in your shoes/boots. I really notice the difference if I don't wear them.

Walkfit not helping…
This is my second bout of Plantar Faciitis, the first lasted (I think) a couple of weeks, this bout seems to be lasting much longer. The Walkfit device doesn't seem to be helping and the only medical advice I have received is to keep off my feet as much as possible and use painkillers. As far as I can see I am using the Walkfit correctly but the solid composition tends to hurt rather than soothe my (left) heel ad the pain can increase after I've removed my foorwear.

Service was prompt and the insoles have…Innovative insoles
Service was prompt and the insoles have really improved the pain in my foot. The advice to only use for short periods, at first, was very helpful and should be followed. It helps adjust your feet to the shape of the insole. Also being able to clean them was a big plus and they keep their shape. Thank you. Ann White

To prevent movement, the patented heel cup and chevron design of the bottom of the insoles ensure they do not slide around within your shoe. I have purchased numerous inersoles for my feet, nothing really helped, saw the reviews on these and thought I would try them, although I did wear them around the house first for a couple of weeks, thought I had finally found something that helped my fallen arches, but alas no, found when out they became so hard under foot that I couldn't wear them again, although I am sure they have helped numerous people unfortunately not me, may I also add I have Rheumatoid arthritis which is difficult to buy shoes that are comfortable, I hope I havnt put people off purchasing these because you don't know until you try them.
