Hi, thank you for your feedback. In some cases, orthotics can be uncomfortable at first as your feet get used to them so please begin by wearing the insoles for no more than an hour at a time. After a few days, gradually build up how long you wear the insoles for until you reach a point where you are comfortable wearing them for multiple hours at a time. I hope this helps!

Fast delivery great response from company , unfortunately not suitable for me on one foot they where perfect but very uncomfortably on the other not sure if it is my foot or fault in the insloe

Instant posture rectification
Instant posture rectification. Bought these for my mum who was stooping after a hip operation & from several months of waiting for her procedure. Within 2 days she was walking upright & had less lower back pain. I would highly recommend these insoles.

I’m thrilled with my inner soles
I’m thrilled with my inner soles , no pain unbelievable, I’ve tried endless inner soles , exercises. I thought I would try walk fast and they are perfect no more pain, thank you very much I have purchased two pairs as I don’t want to be without them

Great support& workout. Heel fit needs attention
Great support and a good workout. The fitting needs attention around the heel cup. Doesn’t go all the way back to cup the heel.

Hi Philip, we recommend wearing the insoles for no more than an hour at a time at the start. After a few days, gradually build up how long you wear the insoles for until you reach a point where you are comfortable wearing them for multiple hours at a time. This process can take a couple of weeks so please be patient.
Best orthotics I've tried!
I've tried so many things over the years. I have arthritis in my hips knees and feet etc. I was finding it difficult to go walking so thought I'd give these a try. I have to say they are certainly helping. I can now get a bit further every day! Keeping my fingers crossed it carries on. I've been to orthotics at hospital but didn't find them helpful, thank you WalkFit!
