The tours were excellent
The tours were excellent, and the guides explained everything clearly and professionally. The company was outstanding as well — they always responded promptly to our questions and were very organized. If you happened to get lost on the way to the meeting point, they were quick to assist and make sure you arrived without any issues.
The only downside was that I expected to stay with the same group throughout the entire trip and to be picked up from the hotel each day before heading to the tours. If you’re traveling with children, this setup may not be very convenient unless you arrange everything in advance and are willing to pay an additional fee.
However, if you’re traveling alone or with a group of adults and enjoy walking and exploring beyond the scheduled tour, this arrangement works well. They also provide free time if you’d like to visit places on your own, which offers flexibility and independence.

We also truly appreciate your comments regarding group continuity and hotel pick-ups. Our journeys are intentionally designed as small-group experiences, which means group sizes and dynamics can vary depending on travel dates, guest upgrades, or occasional cancellations. While larger fixed coach tours may offer the same group throughout, they often lose the more personal and flexible experience that smaller groups allow.
With our approach, guides are able to go beyond a standard commercial tour setting and offer a more engaging, local, and attentive experience something many guests value greatly. This style of travel also allows us to work with more charming boutique-style accommodations rather than larger commercial hotel chains.
At times, when fewer guests remain on a departure, it naturally increases operational costs for us. However, once we commit to operating a tour, we continue regardless of the final group size whether it remains a small group journey or even becomes more of a semi-private experience for the guests travelling.
When families travel with children, we do try to adapt arrangements wherever possible to better suit their needs, which is why we always request traveller ages right at the beginning of the booking process so we can guide guests toward the most suitable setup.

This was my first experience with Wanderful holidays and I would highly recommend them when planning vacations. We took a 10 day tour starting in Milan, then on to Lake Como, Venice, Murano, Florence, Pisa, and Rome. We did add just about all the optional excursions and I think it enhanced the experience significantly. All were top notch except for one(Lake Como), which I shared with my contact. I expect they will likely improve that experience in the future. They did a great job of staying in contact on What’s app and even arranged for alternative transportation when our arrival flight was delayed.

I will never travel without them
I will never travel without them and here's why. We decided to visit Portugal and the Azores in February, there were record floods and very inclement weather. This company took the best care of us. They heard all of our concerns and helped us every step of the way. As tours were canceled the train was canceled and any hiccups we had with transfers. (Booked outside on another app.) The team and their affiliates checked in on us every step of the way insured. We were well taken care of and they went out of their way to help us when we got in a bind. The consistent communication and concern for our happiness with services and our experiences was unmatched by any other app or company we have ever used we've ever used. They have solid affiliates among transport and private tours, all of which were amazing and made our trip, albeit wet with some cancellations, a trip of a lifetime. We cannot be more thankful to the entire team for all of their care concern and hard work to make sure that our trip was as seamless as possible despite the weather. A huge thank you to everyone.

We recently returned from a trip to Brazil and Argentina with Wanderful Holidays, and the experience was exceptional. The itinerary was meticulously planned, and the operations team—specifically Rose Amanda, and others—checked in with us daily to ensure every detail was running smoothly.
We celebrated a milestone anniversary at Iguazu Falls, and the team, along with our local guide Jamil (Jim), made the day unforgettable with personalized touches. Jim truly went above and beyond; his expertise and a special pass allowed us to stay late and witness a private sunset at the falls entirely by ourselves. We had the trip of a lifetime traveling through Thailand, Singapore, and Bali, and this tour company truly exceeded every expectation.
In Thailand, we experienced unforgettable moments—seeing tigers and elephants up close and exploring breathtaking temples that were rich with history and beauty. Singapore absolutely dazzled us with its incredible light shows—modern, vibrant, and unforgettable.
Bali was pure adventure and soul-filling magic. We went white river rafting, ATV-ing through waterfalls, and had the opportunity to truly connect with the island’s beautiful culture and people.

11 day Train tour of Spain
We have have an amazing time throughout SPAIN
11 days train tour Madrid, Seville, Granada & Barcelona
Unfortunately we were in Cordoba on a bus tour when the horrendous 2 fast train derailment happened stopping all rail through the region
Wanderful Holidays LLC immediately arranged a bus for us from Seville to Granada without any problem.
All our touristy tours were made without a hit, the girls sent us directions how to meet with the tours.
Some tours we didn’t do on our choice but a gain
nothing was a problem
The girls were faultless.
Can’t fault anything

I loved the itenery and the low cost. It was very well planned to be able to do so much within the time frame. The hotels were nice with the exception of one whose location was not ideal. All of the guides were good, but several were exceptional. When there were glitches, the Wanderful staff dealt with the issue promptly and fairly.

Fabulous trip to Chile, Argentina & Brazil
Our group had a fabulous trip to Chile, Argentina and Brazil, in large part due to Wanderful’s coordination behind the scenes. A special shoutout to Rose Amanda, who provided exceptional service along our journey. It was especially helpful to get daily updates on transfer times, tours, etc. The team including Rose was extremely responsive and made us feel very taken care of (including helping us coordinate a refund for a mixup at one of our hotels and checking us in for our flights so all we had to do was be ready for our transfer). Our local guides and transfer partners were also exceptional - especially our city guide, Francisco, and driver, Claudio, both in Punta Arenas, and our city guide Maite in Santiago.
My only critique is the communication from Wanderful ahead of our trip. It felt like once we’d made our payments, it was much harder to get ahold of the team. In the weeks leading up to our trip, it wasn’t clear when hotel/transfer info would be received (important to our group since we were traveling over the holidays and needed to make reservations for several meals ahead of time) and we had to ask repeatedly about things like baggage allowances. It also would have been helpful to have more guidance about tipping expectations in each country (we winged it based on Google research). If Wanderful had set our expectations upfront that most of this info would not be available until just a week or two ahead of our trip, that would have helped us a lot. Overall, though, we had a fantastic trip and so appreciate the work that the Wanderful team did to make sure we had a fabulous experience on the ground. Thank you for an amazing trip!

We also genuinely appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the pre-trip communication and timing of documentation. During the lead-up to departures, we often continue working behind the scenes until quite close to travel dates in hopes of securing better arrangements or upgrades for our groups just as we were pleased to do for your group as well. However, we completely understand that without clearer expectations upfront, this can understandably create uncertainty, especially during busy holiday travel periods.
Regarding tipping, we intentionally leave this flexible for our guests, as we prefer it to remain a personal gesture based on the level of service received rather than something that feels obligatory.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we are already working on refining both the communication flow and the clarity around timelines so future groups feel even more informed and comfortable before departure.

Dec 2025 - Switzerland, Italy, & Greece trip.
Had an awesome trip with the help of Wanderful Holidays LLC from Switzerland to Italy, and then finally Greece. Everything on the trip was organized and coordinated within close proximity to our hotel or a driver was requested on our behalf if there was a longer transfer needed. The only hiccup was a train ride from Switzerland to Italy but that wasn’t the companies fault as the Italian train workers all went on strike that day so other alternative arrangements had to be made but Wanderful LLC took care of it all and reimbursed us back what we missed. So all in all it was a great trip with good hotels, amazing excursions, and someone to communicate with if there was ever a problem, especially Rose who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were taken care of. We will definitely be going through them again for our next overseas trip! Thank you. 👍🏻

Great Experience with Wanderful Holidays-they provided tours almost everyday. They stepped up to provide a seamless trip for our small group of 7 travelers. They smooth things over with hotels in each country when required, with air and ground transportation when necessary and added a meal to show their appreciation. They created a WhatsApp group with team members that can provide ongoing service and support throughout the trip. I felt safe traveling in foreign countries with the team ready to troubleshoot whenever needed so we can experience a safe and memorable trip in South East Asia during two major holidays…Christmas and New Year 2025!

Just returned from an amazing trip to Rio, Iguaçu Falls and Buenos Aires. The staff at Wanderful was terrific throughout. All hotels, flights, transfers, and guided tours were organized down to the minute. Information was provided via WhatsApp in advance of each activity, and then followed up on afterwards to make sure that things went smoothly. I want to give a particular shout out to my guide in Iguacu who went above and beyond in providing a memorable experience. Scandinavia Tour Review – Denmark, Norway & Sweden
I had an amazing experience traveling through Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. The entire trip was very well organized, and the company did an excellent job with planning, communication, and overall execution. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
The independent tour guides in each country were outstanding extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing the history, culture, and hidden gems of their cities.
The hotel accommodations were also very nice clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Swiss and italy
My wife and I had a wonderful experience traveling with the guidance of wanderful holidays llc tours. The tour selections were good and majority (8/10) of the hotels were good with it being close to transport. The car transport arrangements are also top notch . Traveling in business class trains was alsp less crowded and helped avoid pickpocketeers. The team helped us on the way via text or call if anything change and made sure we got to our location . I would travel with this tour group operator again. Overall it was a great experience
