Ordered an iPhone 11 from Want a New Gadget through Amazon. It was a birthday present for my 10 year old daughter so really wanted it to be in good condition, when it arrived I was not disappointed, the phone was honestly immaculate and looked like brand new! Added bonus it had 100% battery health so they must have put a new battery in. My daughter was very happy with it. Would highly recommend based on my experience.

The screen is in brilliant condition and the phone is working just as expected! The phone was also sent with Royal Mail special delivery and was securely sealed upon arrival so I cant complain about anything! Thank you so much

I come across the Want a New Gadget website to find there is plenty of refurbished phones and games they have to offer. Because I didn't really know what I needed to purchase I decided to contact them via the help page provided on their website and conveniently got through to 2 lovely chaps who helped me pick out the right device. I managed to purchase an iPhone 11 as it is perfect for my needs. The order confirmation come through and before I knew it, it was at my door! The phone is absolute brilliant condition and works just like it says on the website. I will definitely be purchasing from them again! Thanks guys!

I traded in a device to them through Back market. I took photos of my phone before sending it, as it was fully functional, however the back was cracked. Upon receiving my package they initially messaged me claiming my screen was broken and completely detached from the phone. They offered me less money than initially agreed on after they had detached the screen claiming it was always broken. I confronted them and they quickly change their story, stating that everything was now operational. Yet they still refused to send the agreed upon amount. I am still awaiting on a response from them as they have not got back in touch.

EDIT: Back Market support contacted me and ensured I was payed the full initial agreed upon price. The support agent has filed a formal complaint against them and my trade in has been completed. Beware of trade in shops that will try and get one up on you.

This company is fantastic there delivery is fast they kept me informed every step of the way.
I love that this company wouldn't send my goods until they spoke on phone to confirm it was me who purchased the goods with it being a item, item this is very helpful.

Bought a refurbed phone, the screen started showing green lines after just a couple of months of use. Sent it to get repaired and they refused saying it was damaged. Avoid these clowns like the plague.

Ordered iPhone 12 Pro late on a Tuesday night, online.
The phone arrived, by Royal Mail, on Thursday. The order came with a tracking number which I followed and it arrived exactly as stated on the tracker. The phone was in pristine condition and works perfectly. The added bonus is the guarantee it comes with, although other suppliers do offer longer guarantees than Want A New Gadget. I did notice that some people who had received poor service or a defective phone were not having emails replied to, according to reviews on Trustpilot. I initially didn’t expect to be around for the delivery, which I estimated would be on the Fri or Sat, so I emailed customer service to ask them to delay delivery (it needed to be signed for). I got no reply. They should do better in that area. In the event, however, my son was in (it’s his phone anyway) and he’s very happy with it. So in my experience I would recommend this company. Just hope I don’t ever need to contact them under the terms of the guarantee!

Ordered an iPhone 13 mini in Grade A condition.
It's the first refurbished phone I bought and I don't think I will never buy a brand new phone again. The phone is perfect for me. It arrived in perfect condition (no scratches at all, looked brand new) and has worked without an issues (about 3 months so far). It had 86% battery life and this has been totally fine. On the phone before I bought it, I was told by that all their Grade A phones have 90% minimum battery, so thats why I am giving a 4 star not 5 star review. But I think it might have just been the sales person's mistake. In any case, apart from that everything else was just great and the delivery was on time. 100% recommend and I would use again. Thanks!

They are not responding to any emails or phone-calls. Requesting a refund but getting completely ignored. Be careful when using this website!
