Zero customer service
They sent me a phone which was meant to be Grade A but as it wasn’t as I thought it would be, I requested a refund immediately. As a consumer you generally have 14 days to return a product. I’ve been contacting them via email all week with no response. Tried calling the number on their website, no response. No refund and completely ignoring their customers.

They sent the wrong product, I sent it back and asked for a refund immediately. 10 days later they are ignoring my messages, no refund.
