We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Sureserve.
Since then, we have supported more than 50,000 households through our work across the UK.
We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 180 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Kirkwall, London and Stornoway.
Our commitment to our values, to doing the right thing by our people, our customers and our communities, is what defines us as a business.

Our work is a key part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and the transition to a net zero society. Our role is to ensure that this transition to low-carbon living, with its rapid shift towards new, renewable technologies in people’s homes, includes everyone, especially those who need extra help and support to adapt to change.

Warmworks were excellent from beginning to end, they took control. All the obstacles were removed, making the daunting task effortless. The staff were exemplary and could not have been more friendly, helpful, or professional.

Amazing from start to finish.
From the first call everything has gone smoothly. Installation of new radiators and our new flat roof has made our home that bit warmer!

From beginning to end it was amazing
From beginning to end it was amazing. What a fantastic service. The assessor was friendly, professional and explained everything to us.
The installers TK Murray did a first class job and all was completed in a day. Great team and extremely helpful. Cannot praise them enough.
Carpet fitter was a lovely guy and did a superb job with no fuss.
Cannot thank Warmworks enough we are absolutely delighted and our home is so much warmer.

well the whole experience has been…totally amazing
well the whole experience has been absolutely amazing from beginning to end
i live in a 2 bed apartment was told about it by a friend. right from the start was kept well informed about how it all worked.
interaction was great from the companies involved, questions answered, felt i was being well looked after .
the sureyor explained what was needed from us. the day the heating was going in they arrived at 8 as arranged. we left them to it artived back at 4 job done no mess place back to normal, delighted with the heating system, hiven all the instructions. then we got a new front door beautiful to look at professional job from start to finish.
cant believe how warm the flat is now we love it. we are 80 years old we are so delighted with the whole expereince, thank uou so much. liz kerr
