Washtower® is a family-run company established in the Netherlands in 2017. What began as an idea to design a cupboard that would mean no more bending while doing the laundry, developed into an innovative modular cupboard system for the complete furnishing of a laundry room, bathroom or utility room. This was clearly a gap in the market because only five years after launching our business, our team of four has grown to 39 colleagues and we now sell our cupboards in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, England, France and Scandinavia. We hope to soon enter the American markets as well. We want our customers to consider it a joy to do the laundry. That is why we prioritise service and quality. We always make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. To guarantee safety, we have had our cupboards tested extensively by the German TÜV Rheinland. Washtower® sells the first TÜV-certified washing machine cupboard in Europe, which makes us really proud!

My order was made last minute and I couldn't believe how quickly it was dispatched and delivered. It would be almost impossible for any item to be delivered damaged because it was packaged so well. Instructions were spot on and not a single screw or item missing. Great quality. And would highly recommend Washtower units to anyone looking to tidy up their utility/laundry area. Mine has been fitted into bathroom to create a utility /bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the finished result.

We’re delighted to hear that you’re happy with the quality of your Washtower. Our cabinets are designed to be strong and stable, which does mean that some of the components can be quite heavy to manoeuvre during assembly.
We understand that building and positioning the units yourself can be a challenge, and we appreciate your feedback. We hope the finished result makes all the effort worthwhile.
Thank you for choosing Washtower. We wish you many years of enjoyment from your new laundry space.

Top Quality Product
I’m extremely pleased with my wash tower utility room units. The quality is excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into both the design and manufacturing. The instructions were some of the best I’ve come across, making assembly straightforward and stress-free. Everything was packaged exceptionally well, arriving protected and organised, which really reflected the overall high standard of the product.
The only area I think could be improved is communication around delivery. The lead time was longer than expected, and more regular updates on when the order would arrive would have made the experience even better.
Overall, though, I’m very impressed. The quality of the units more than makes up for the delivery communication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’m very happy with my purchase.

ineffective glue
I purchased the Washtower a year or so ago. The Build is good and strong and for a year it was good. Please be aware though that the glue used for the edges is not good, or mine was inferior and it starts to peel and come away.
The customer service to the email requests is poor and I will be escalating.. I have replied to the offer but still a major upheaval to take out and install another as the build and install took ages around a refit of the utility room.

The unit is great. Delivery was a bit slow. One door arrived badly damaged but they replaced it with no fuss. They communicated really well, so issue is really only with the delivery not the product

Washtower Utility Room
I have recently bough a full wash tower set for a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and some cupboard space. The units are easy to assemble and the material quality is good but the manufacturing was in complete. We have a section of drawer that wasn't predrilled and one of the feet fixings was a blank with no thread. This was very frustrating to fix myself. To return items and wait for replacements would have been such a faff, I just fixed it myself, so I can't comment on the customer service. I reported it but by the time I provided all the info it was easier to carry out the work myself.

Dear Mrs Bester
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for choosing Washtower for your laundry room project.
We are delighted to hear that you are happy with the quality of the materials and that you found the units easy to assemble. Creating practical, stylish laundry spaces is exactly what we strive for, so it is wonderful to know that your wash tower is now in place.
That said, we are very sorry to hear that you encountered issues with the drawer panel and one of the adjustable feet. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a project does not go as smoothly as expected, especially when you are eager to get everything installed.
Following your report, we were in contact and requested some additional information so that we could send replacement parts to resolve the issue for you. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you afterwards, and we understand that it was quicker and more convenient for you to make the adjustments yourself rather than wait for replacements to arrive.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving both our quality control and our customer experience. While occasional manufacturing issues can occur, our goal is always to provide a prompt and hassle-free solution whenever they do.
Thank you again for your honest review and for placing your trust in Wastoren. We wish you many years of enjoyment from your new laundry room, and if we can ever assist you in the future, our team will be more than happy to help.

My only suggestion would be:- It would be really, really helpful to have numbered stickers on the flat packed items to make identification easier - it would have cut my time in half !

Top quality in every way
I liked the look and description of Washtower units and bought a Slimline 3.1 for a small utility space in a shower room. It all arrived as promised. Now fitted, it looks and feels genuine high quality, attractive, practical and sturdy. Later, I ordered a extra door with fittings and the service could not have been better. I am delighted. Not cheap but great value for money.
