Siraj was so helpful, cheery, explained all the steps, apologised for silence whilst he was retrieving info and was generally a lovely happy voice at the end of the phone who found out why I was struggling to access my account and resolved it. I have just got off the phone from Chris. He was polite, clear and understanding of my problem. He stayed in the phone until the issue was sorted and set it up so the same issue would not happen next time. Dealing with water 2 business is always easy. I rang and the phone was answered by Claire Eland, who helped sort out an overcharge on one trough and how to test for a leak on another trough. Claire was incredibly helpful and I was very impressed with the service I was given

Water2Business provide an excellent service. You never have to wait long for the phone to be answered and staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained what was happening every step of the way during a recent water leak and helped me through the form filling process for a leak allowance (which was surprisingly easy as it turned out). A particular mention has to go to Tara who was instrumental in making the process stress-free.

Had the lovely Claire.E deal with my situation today. She was absolutely amazing! Very efficient, understanding and supportive. Was extremely thorough in explaining everything to me in great detail. Not many utility companies I speak to have such friendly service but Claire was outstanding!

Made enquiry, then they came back and asked for the customer LOA - Responded saying what is an LOA - but it will take 10 days
10 DAYS! to find out about an abbreviation!!!
Been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes trying to get through to speak to someone - Interesting to find out actually how long they will make me wait.
Music is absolutely horrendous!!

The cut and pasted nonsense reply about having more calls than usual makes it worse. All poorly serviced companies use this as standard relying on IVR and AI instead of employing, trained humans to deal with the job.
This is a real review based on zero service from Water2 Business. Account details have been provided and looking forward to a human who knows what they are doing, making contact.
