Not the outcome I expected.
My experience with this surgeon was disappointing. After undergoing both upper and lower blepharoplasty, I was left with a significant indentation under one eye. I attempted to correct it with filler, but it did not resolve the issue enough to restore a normal contour. Despite raising my concerns, I did not receive adequate support, explanation, or a meaningful plan for correction. I am now looking elsewhere for corrective options. I would advise anyone considering this procedure to research thoroughly and ensure they choose a surgeon who provides comprehensive aftercare.

From my 1st consultation to my 6 month review after my surgery
I found the team was very professional and reassuring
They explained everything very clearly and made sure I knew what to expect once home
My recovery was smoother than I had expected becouse my aftercare was so thorough I felt Respected & safe the whole time from start to finish
And would not hesitate to go back in the future and have another procedure done by Mr Quaba

Highly recommended
I was very nervous about getting a mole removed but Dr. Alridge and the nurse (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) were so calm and professional and helped put me at ease. The procedure was simple and straightforward and nowhere near as bad as I imagined. Lovely welcome from all the staff generally. Would recommend this hospital.

Very friendly and polite welcome. The waiting area was very relaxing. The consultation itself was efficient and quicker than anticipated making it feel a little rushed even though the necessary was discussed.

Couldn’t Be Happier with My Experience and Results
My experience at Waterfront Private Hospital was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the reception area was clean, modern, and very inviting. It was also a lovely touch to have coffee and refreshments available.
Dr Quaba was outstanding throughout the entire process. He put me at ease, listened carefully, and worked with me to provide clear advice along with his professional opinion.
I’m absolutely delighted with my results. I only wish I had taken the plunge sooner—but I truly believe this was the right time for me.

Easy process from start to finish. Booked online, filled out forms via email. Hospital was easily accessed via public transport and all the staff were welcoming. The place itself was modern and absolutely spotless. I had an appoitment with a dermatologist and he walked me through my options, recommended treatments and answered every question.
