My surgeon took on my case after a traumatic experience elsewhere left me battling sepsis and without one of my implants. Physically and emotionally, it was an incredibly difficult time, and I had lost confidence in seeking further treatment. I was frightened about undergoing surgery again and struggled to find anyone willing to help. Mr Anderson at Waterfront listened with compassion and understanding, arranging a consultation that would ultimately change everything for me.

My surgeon not only restored my confidence but also gave me back a part of myself that I thought I had lost. His skill, professionalism, and calm, reassuring manner were remarkable throughout. I will always be grateful for the care and dedication he showed me.

On the morning of my surgery, I was welcomed into a private room where everything was explained carefully and thoughtfully. There was never any feeling of being rushed, and every question I had was answered with patience and kindness. The whole experience felt personal, supportive, and centred around my wellbeing.

The anaesthetist and theatre nurse were equally wonderful. Their warmth and attentiveness helped ease my nerves, and I felt completely looked after from beginning to end. It was clear that they genuinely cared, and that reassurance meant more than words can express.

Having experienced poor aftercare elsewhere, this was naturally one of my biggest concerns. However, the aftercare I received at Waterfront was outstanding. The staff were attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, giving me complete confidence that I was in safe hands throughout my recovery.

What began as one of the most difficult experiences of my life has been transformed into one of healing, hope, and renewed confidence. I cannot thank the entire team at Waterfront enough for the exceptional care they provided. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion made all the difference during a time when I felt at my most vulnerable.

Had a lovely consultation with Mr Quaba. He was very informative, he listened intently as to why I was visiting him. We discussed options, expectations and outcomes. I will review literature that Mr Quaba is sending me and then have a second consultation to discuss plans.
