I dealt with Simon on this occasion. He was warm, friendly and professional. Every time I've had occasion to either visit the branch or speak to someone on the phone, everyone I've dealt with really, and genuinely, cares. It feels like everyone there is part of a family. It's a lovely experience to shop there.

Initially telephoned and spoke with a Brufords team member about having my original Tag Heur F1 sports watch battery replaced and then tested sealed. Very friendly and knowledgable and clear information about the process and service. Visited the store and had the same level of efficient service and then within a few days the watch was ready for collection. Very happy with the service received..

I went into your wonderful Eastbourne branch on Saturday, had a lovely chat with Simon, who runs your Rolex department. He was highly knowledgeable and passionate about the Company and Rolex’s. Whilst i was there, he also helped with a beautiful watch roll from Wolf. I’m over the moon with it and my Rose Gold Yatch Master looks stunning in it.

Everyone I've dealt with at Bruford's has been unfailingly courteous, polite and efficient. I would, however, single out Harry their workshop watch technician for special praise; Tag Heuer declined to repair my watch (which has some sentimental and historic value to me, even if old and perhaps not a match for Heuer's current multiple-thousand-pound range); but Harry looked at it and went above and beyond, sourcing the obsolete replacement movement and restoring it to a splendid clean and working state - the first time in many years. His passion and love of his work were evident, and he gave my watch the time and attention which Tag Heuer obviously didn't think it merited. I always knew my old Heuer was in safe hands with him! He's a real asset to Brufords.
