Friendly, personalised service with a great range of pre-loved jewellery
I recently visited Bruford’s to have my husband’s Xmas gift to me ( a ring from Bruford’s pre-loved selection) re-sized. Debbie went through the process and could not have been more helpful. She inspired confidence, was thoroughly professional and is very personable. I am delighted with the result and consequently have arranged for another re-size of an eternity ring ( also a pre-loved purchase some years back) which no longer fits properly.

1st rate service and highly professional.
Frazer was really helpful, his descriptions of the watch were perfect and he went out of the way to get the watch to us on time for a family event to celebrate my Son's 21st. My son is over the moon with the watch. A first rate service all round..

Trustworthy and Fair
I bought a pre owned Omega watch. Unfortunately the watch didn’t keep good time, but I was refunded without any quibbles and even the return postage without having to ask. I would definitely have full confidence in doing business with Brufords again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them..
