Don’t order anything from this scam website. Inflated prices for junk products. If you do order from them and don’t like the product or want to exchange it. They simply won’t let you. Save your money and don’t order from this scam shop.

If only I had read the reviews before purchase. The shoes arrived eventually; and are breathtakingly horrible, nothing like advertised. The website seems UK, but it’s clearly in China. Having read the reviews it doesn’t look like a refund is possible. A very expensive mistake, and a single Christmas treat to myself, didn’t arrive in time and are heading to the bin. I am gutted 😞

Minus 1 if it was possible. Delivery time was poor. Shoes were never meant to fit any one. No refund given just a discount. Rude reply to countless emails. Expensive mistake!!! Please do not buy.

Delivery very slow. The shoes were a different style to those ordered. They said the correct ones were out of stock and to receive a refund I had to pay to return the wrong shoes. They then failed to provide the return address for a lengthy time. Its in China, even though they are based in Italy. They then said they won't refund as its beyond 30 days since delivery. They send apologetic emails but have no intention of refunding , which they could easily do! They are scammers who effectively steal money, they should be closed down! Do not ever send them any money.

Shoes broke after a couple of months. On the website it states shoes that last years.

Scam: Advertised as Italian luxury brand leather shoes and bags priced at £125 ++ but received a PVC monstrosity. Would not offer a refund. My bank will be supporting my claim.

I knew as soon as I'd sent the payment that I'd made a big mistake with this impulse buy as I realised it was coming from China.

Delivery time was reasonable considering the package came from half way round the world. But the shoes are just packed in plastic bags. They're also made of plastic and don't look anything like as good as on the website.

I'd read that they run small, so I ordered a full size bigger than my usual. They were still so small they were unwearable, even if I did like them. And I didn't like them at all. They look cheap and nasty.

I wanted to return them for a refund. It took 7 emails from me to get the message through that I did not want these shoes. Each time the customer service team kept offering me percentage refunds (and I keep the product - pretty useless as I can't get my feet in them) or a store credit - as if I was going to buy another thing from this company. With the refund percentages they were offering, and the fact that they said I could also keep the shoes, I can only conclude that they are worth less than £10. The company certainly place no value on them at all.

Finally I managed to get the returns address out of them, with the warning that there would be a customs charge deducted from my refund for getting them back into the country, and I would be liable for the return postage. I happily paid Royal Mail the £30 to get rid of the flipping thing and never have to deal with it again. It took some weeks, but eventually I got two partial refunds. However, even accounting for the customs payment deduction, the company has still not refunded me the full amount 4 months on.

Then, guess what. Last week the stupid package turned back up at my door with a bounce notice stuck on it in Chinese. I did not want to have to deal with this again. I'm so annoyed.

Currently settling a return dispute with them since August 2025.
As other comments state, from the website you are not aware that the products come from China.
They are not worth the offer prices, let alone the full price. Shoes come packaged squashed together in bubble wrap.
If you request a refund they will try to put you off from doing so by making several offers of discount, each increasing in discount value.
I persisted with a return only to find out I had to ship it to China, certainly not a European location like where they are headquartered.
Upon receiving notification that my package had reached China Customs, it was several months of my chasing Customer Services. They have informed me that the package has been in Clearance, this since August.
They have initiated a refund but after deducting around 45% of my purchase cost. This was for Customs fees + vat incurred on the return - but I'm challenging this because they've not been able to provide the receipt for this charge. It seems they have deducted an arbitrary amount even though my package has still not cleared customs.

The quality of the shoes is poor. The customer service is sickly sweet, but of no help at all.
When my shoes arrived they were of poor quality, uncomfortable and cheap looking. When I tried to return them they did everything they could to try and convince me to spend more money rather than return the product. When I insisted that I wanted to return them and receive a refund they again tried to convince me to keep them with further promises of offers. I once again insisted on returning them. I sent them back to CHINA, which cost over £20, (definitely more than the shoes were worth). Eventually I received the parcel back, it stated that the delivery hadn't been claimed and so was returned. When I again contacted them to demand a refund they said that over 30 days had passed and I was no longer entitled!
This is clearly appalling customer service. So I advise anyone considering a purchase to spend your money elsewhere.

My rating would be a zero if it were possible. I bought the urban leather Mary Jane’s. They look nothing like the photo. They are not leather, they were a horrible tan colour with different colour tips, poorly made and badly misshapen. When I asked for a refund I was offered a 10% refund, then 20%. To get a full refund I would have had to have returned the shoes and it would have had to have arrived in China within 30 days. I would pay for postage and any customs duties. In the end I took the 20% as I’d had enough of quibbling. DO NOT BUY. Horrendous products. Waste of money. Wish I’d seen these reviews before.

I bought shoes for my wife. Delivery took a long time, the quality was poor, and I was given a refund. It's not even clear if I'll get my money back if I return the shoes. Chloe & Liam are scammers. It's a shame I didn't check the reviews sooner. Don't buy if you don't want to lose your money and your happiness.

My order took over a month to arrive during which I chased the company twice. When the product did eventually arrrive (shoes), they were of very poor quality and the sizing was wrong. I have tried to follow due process for obtaining a refund but so far have not had any response.

The returns process requires you to email the company for a returns label but unless they respond, you have nowhere to return the product to!

My advice to anyone considering placing an order with this or similar companies is to read the returns process before you order.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. pnly 1 pair was received. They insist the other was delivered. This is fraud. The quality of the received pair is not good. Do not buy from them

Took a month to arrive. Shoes too small, obviously not a uk6 as ordered, return address is china. This is not clear when you buy the shoes. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying. Will probably be too expensive to return

I suspect there are some false reviews going on here. The constant communication is AI.
This is obvious as it only addresses general issues and not specific.
It's suspicious that two positive reviews went on after mine and said the opposite to all the negative ones.
All very suspicious The majority are poor and everyone has the same issues.
A genuine retailer would address the issues.
A rogue retailer will take your money and continue.

Beware of this shop! The shoe is not worth for this price!
They said the shoe can be delivered within 7-10days but it arrived almost a month later with a poor plastic packing !

The shoe has a strong smell and bad fabric that I doubt it is authentic leather?

Terrible quality products, no refund and not free refund.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company and neither pair fitted. The shoes look nothing like the pictures on the website and the quality is awful.
On contacting their customer service team, they refused to refund my money citing “ it is a quality issue therefore not eligible for a refund”.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Please UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES go anywhere near this company. Every single review on here saying this is a scam is correct. Any positive reviews are as fake as their website. You will definitely receive 'a product' It may not be what you ordered, but it will be 'something' And it will immediately need to go in the bin due to its poor quality. You will then attempt to speak with them and it will become immediately clear that they are scamming you and you will never get your money back. They will try to fob you off with a credit towards something else, or a 10% refund. If you want a full refund they claim you must send the item back to an address in a far corner of China and pay the VAT and international shipping. I have formally reported Chloe & Liam to the UK Trading Standards body, who are sympathetic but unable to help as this fake company is based in Italy, apparently. So I have reported them to the UK International Consumer Centre in an attempt to raise a huge red flag on this business operating as a UK business, ripping off consumers who are acting in good faith. Please do not be taken in by their social media ads.

Deserves to be sued.
This “company” is nothing but a scam dressed up with a slick website pretending to be British. In reality, they sell plastic shoes that wouldn’t even pass at a bargain market stall. Sadly, I didn’t check reviews before handing them £54.

When the parcel arrived, it was worse than I imagined: wrong colour, definitely not leather, not even a convincing imitation — just a laughable knock-off. I emailed to return them and request a refund. Their reply? A classic scammer’s script: “We’ll give you 10% back” and the old excuse about colours looking different “due to computer settings.” Please.

I’ll pursue every possible channel, legal included, to shut this sham down so others don’t get conned.

I’ve already filed a complaint with my bank, and if this isn’t resolved, I won’t stop pursuing it. I’ll make sure to leave negative reviews across all platforms, and I suggest you do the same. It’s unacceptable to advertise quality and deliver rubbish instead!
