Excellent experience with we are wellbeing and I got a lot out of it.

I had a B12 jab with Andy today and found him to be not only professional but friendly and knowledgeable too. I was made to feel comfortable and received some great advice.

Over the last 18 months I have been having B12 jabs from Sue. But it's been more than that. Struggling with my own mental health, Sue always takes time to listen to me, and has spent many an hour of her own time advising and being compassionate. I can book an appointment and only wait 1 day, in the convenience of my own home. Sue thank you!

I received a B12 injection from Andy. It's the first time i have ever tried this type of treatment for my wellbeing .
I found Andy very helpful his experince and knowledge was clear to see when he preformed the injection and provided an insight into what i can expect after the procedure was done.

Had been seeing Sue for B12 injections weekly and she told us she can do extensive blood tests for us. My partner paid for a ‘complete Wellman test’, an Allergy test and an Intolerance test. I paid specifically for Active B12 and a full Thyroid blood test as these were of particular concern for me.

Firstly, she used no gloves to take these bloods and wasn’t very good at doing them. She took a full vial of blood for my partner and she couldn’t get my blood through my vein so took ONE TINY finger test sample and said that would be enough to test what I had asked.

We chased all week for results that she said would only take 3-5 days and she just kept repeatedly sending us cropped images of ‘results’ via WhatsApp but there were no names on any of it so there was no way of proving they were even ours. We kept pushing to ask for a legitimate documents from the lab directly via email as we wanted to results put onto our medical records - this didn’t happen.

She finally sent me my partners ‘allergy test results’ (via a cropped WhatsApp image) which said he had no nut allergy (he strongly suspects he does, hence the test). AGAIN, she cropped the top half of the page so you couldn’t see anyone’s name. The footer was still at the bottom of the page for YorkTest labs so we called them for confirmation of the results and they told us THEY HAD NEVER CONDUCTED AN ALLERGY TEST FOR HIM!! They’d only ever done an Intolerance test and then destroyed the test sample. SO SUE LIED AND LED HIM TO BELIEVE HE HAD NO NUT ALLERGY - HE COULD’VE DIED HAD HE EATEN NUTS!!! She could literally KILL someone!

For my B12 results, Sue refused to send me any official lab document, just kept texting me ‘212 pmol’ and told me my T3 thyroid was ‘normal range’ but still to this day has not been able to produce a single legitimate document to prove those levels. I then contacted YORKTEST directly for my results and THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T EVEN TEST MY BLOOD AS THERE WAS SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT OF IT! They then destroyed the sample. So I immediately asked Sue where she was apparently getting my ‘b12 numbers’ from and she lied and said ‘oh I sent that part of the test to another lab called London Medical Labs. THIS IS NOT TRUE! They also confirmed THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME ANYWHERE ON THEIR SYSTEM - THEY CHECKED 3 TIMES!! They have also now confirmed via email that they NEVER conducted blood tests for myself or my boyfriend Josh Appleton. They confirmed results are fake and that the tiny blood test sample taken from my finger isn’t even enough to do my thyroid or b12 as you need a FULL vial of blood for EACH of these tests so there’s no possible way for Sue to have these results.

Also, remember she only took ONE TINY blood sample in a finger
test tube so it wouldn’t have even been possible to split this blood sample between two labs, when it wasn’t even enough blood for one lab to test. Blood is homogeneous and would’ve clotted after a few days so this is completely fabricated.

My B12 results and thyroid were so important as I’m experiencing paralysis associated with possible B12 deficiency and unless addressed, this can cause permanent nerve damage. And people can have Thyroid storms which are medical emergencies yet she is going around lying about people’s results!!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! NO CARE ON CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLES MONEY, LET ALONE THEIR LIVES!! THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED - DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! PLEASE REPORT IF YOU’VE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES!!

This company sent me and my children to a foreign country after certifying us as Covid Negative. It turned out that we were Covid positive we were then in a foreign country with my small children and at risk of becoming very ill there. It was a very bad time for us. Eventually we received more certificates from the actual laboratory and we now know that the certificates We Are Wellbeing sent were fake. First we received results from We Are Wellbeing and then at a later date we received more certificates direct from the laboratory. Had we not have had further certificates issued with a now POSITIVE result we would just have thought it was duplicated certificates and thought nothing more of it. When comparing both the certificates from We Are Wellbeing and the laboratory, it’s was clear to see that the ones that We Are Wellbeing sent the same day were fake. The sample ID’s were different, the fonts were different and some of the numbers and words had bits cut off. We spoke to the laboratory and they confirmed that the certificates we had from We Are Well-being are fake. If they did you certificates fast, check the differences between the ones sent from We Are Wellbeing and then the Lab. if they’re different they could be fake too.
We Are Wellbeing cannot do same day results other than the small rapid tests that you cannot fly on. We Are Wellbeing use a lab and do not test themselves and the lab is based in London. We were told they were being driven to London for same day results and we got fake results and the real results 3 days later! We now know that you should never get your results from the person that conducted your test. It should be from the lab only. Trust Pilot will always ask for evidence to prove anything if a review is flagged to them by the owner as being false or hurtful! Therefore if a negative review remains on the site, the likelihood is that evidence has been requested and then given to prove the review! I will provide the evidence for this review too if challenged. Don’t let this happen and be careful who you get tested by.

THEY FALSIFIED & FAKED OUR PCR COVID RESULTS & sent away a party of 3 x COVID POSITIVE, 2 x Babies (unknown status) and 1 x COVID NEGATIVE.

Sue Jones claims to be a Doctor! The Laboratory she advertises that she uses is Salient Bio and they confirmed that the results were FAKE AND FALSIFIED by Sue Jones that is a director for We Are Wellbeing LTD which is the company we engaged with for private PCR tests.

Sue Jones sent us results at 5pm on the same day. She said they were being driven to London for testing and they are done very fast which was ideal as we were looking to fly in a few days times albeit hadn’t yet booked. Upon negative results the flights were booked and once we were on the RUNWAY on 02/01/21 waiting to take off at 10pm she messaged on WhatsApp to say that the results are wrong and in fact 3 people are POSITIVE!

Upon landing we checked our emails and more certificates had been sent whilst we were in the air! This time the results were sent direct from the lab. The certificates looked similar to the ones Sue Jones had sent on 31/12/2020 but now these are new ones direct from the lab on the 03/02/21. We instantly noticed that the details were different & more notably the results were different for 3 people! Now reading positive.

Initially Sue Jones sent the results and certificate from her We Are Wellbeing LTD email address but now it’s from a results@salientbio email address. With a comparison it was quick to see that the ones Sue Jones had sent were in fact FAKE! She is facilitating the movement of Covid positive people to infect others where anyone that comes into contact can have medium to fatal symptoms.

We contacted the lab direct upon landing to see what the hell was going on! Turns out that they only just tested the samples & confirmed any certificates before this are FAKE!

The laboratory Salient Bio are taking legal action and it has been reported to Action Fraud and the Police. We are in the process of this too. We gave this with Sue Jones and sought recompense for a trip that was no longer able to be for its intended purpose under medical negligence. Solicitors are now involved!
