Excellent! I regularly have vitamin B12 injections with Sue and she has recently done a Covid 19 fit to fly test for me, the test came back very quickly and I was able to fly.
Sue is very professional and knowledgeable about all her services, highly recommend!

I throughly enjoyed the session. I felt refreshed and happy that I had completed them after. Would definitely do again.

This was a well thought out session with a good balance of stretch, strength and fun new moves. It was nice to be in a small group

I really enjoyed the sessions, they were fun and the instructor was very clear and encouraging. I found some of the flexibility and balance exercises challenging but that’s no bad thing. We were advised to be careful with the stretching if anyone had back or other ailments. These sessions will help me reach my goal of being able to complete handstands 🙂
