WebMate Avis 

Having recently moved to Full Fibre Internet WebMate helped me all the way. Now up and running including new Voip Phones. As always nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent communications, fast turnaround and UK based which makes a whole world of difference when communicating by phone or email. Would definitely recommend their services for hosting and web building.

Webmate offer the best customer service of any company I have dealt with - prompt, polite and efficient with operatives who are knowledgeable and able to explain things simply for non-techies like me. In the many years they have provided my internet service I have only rarely had to contact them about a problem (often the result of my own ignorance) they have provided the solution in a matter of minutes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Reliable service, quick good online support

All the boys are now like friends who help out with problems. Good manners and not patronising. I have stayed with this company almost since its inception - when all of us were mere youngsters! A bit more expensive but they make you feel like a valued customer, not a clown in a queue.

My brother, sister and niece needed internet access without a long-term contract and without access to broadband. They were visiting from Australia due to a family emergency and were finding using pay-as-you-go extremely expensive.
I vaguely knew about internet access using mobile phone signal that was no contract and was for short term use. I found out about WebMate and contacted them via email. They got back to me really quickly, I filled out the forms and the equipment was for delivered 2 days later.
Set up was very easy, internet access as good if not better than broadband.
WebMate were helpful throughout the period we needed their equipment, regular emails to make sure we were satisfied.
I will definitely use WebMate again. I can see it being very useful on holiday etc. I highly recommend their services.
