What service! 5+ stars. Thank you for restoring access to web mail, so quickly. This is how all customer/support services should react.

My call for help was answered very quickly, the problem was understood and action commenced immediately, Open reach attended the next day and sorted it out. Couldn't ask for better.

Updated details for my VOIP telephone. Company contacted me about the changes required, scheduled a call through their ticket system. Call made and all sorted in a few minutes. Great service, great company.

I've been with webmate for several years and can't fault them. They've helped me out with a few instances from PHP, to SSL and I moved my domain to them from another company. Easy to get help and support and very responsive in a timely manner.

I've used this company for years, actually possibly now decades. They're brilliant, always helpful on the rare occasion when something goes wrong. I really value the personal service you get compared to the soulless large tech companies.

I recently used their "Jumpstart" service. From start to finish the contact I had with the company both by phone and email was helpful, informative and professional. I was amazed what good value the service provided and only wish I'd taken advantage of it sooner. My new revamped website now rests with their Webbuilder programme for me to update when necessary and so far seems to be intuitive and easy to use.

Just a small problem with one of the servers and it was sorted within minutes. This is just one of the dozens of fast and helpful support responses that I have had in more than a dozen years with the great people at WebMate.

Brilliant Service! So happy that I took the plunge with your 4G Router (O2). Not only have I got the fastest downloads (by far) that I ever had in our semi-rural location but also the WiFi reaches every room in our 5 bedroom house with ease.

You're a bit quiet about your SIP Trunk setup charges until I get to the cart!!

EDIT: Company have replied and changed their page so I have increased my rating. Well done, nice to actually see some action come from a review, and I applaud you for that. I can see the setup fee now listed on the site and it doesn't feel like it's hidden. Only downside now that the SIP Trunks, to my understanding, only allow 1 call at time.

Excellent service as always. I have been a customer for nearly thirty years. A friend said that his broadband was cheaper. I asked him what the customer service and technical support was like........... end of conversation.

I am most grateful for the support I received from the WebMate Support Team. My site, hosted by WebMate for about 8 years, was originally developed on the iWeb software which sadly is no longer supported by Apple. The team gave me excellent advice on ways to get around the issues with the almost obsolete iWeb, but in the end I used their Jumpstart service, where they transferred my site to their more robust software. They also provided advice - effectively teaching me how to use the software to make changes and update the site. So many times they got back to me promptly (even with an 8 hour time difference), with clear instructions and even screen grabs to show exactly what I needed to do. Dealing with them so closely over the last month or two, I realise they’re a top company and I wholeheartedly recommend WebMate for hosting and professional support.

Does what is says on the tin. Ordered a 4G temporary router - it arrived NEXT DAY. And it worked without any issues. After a month we had an issue (which turned out to be with the local 4G mast - not the product) and contacted customer support. Received a helpful response from a real person within an hour - even at 7pm.
A really helpful and professional company.

BT line down, so no landline phones or broadband. Contacted tech support Friday morning. Openreach contact mid-afternoon, found line fault at local sub-station, back online before 5pm! Haven't needed Tech support for a while. As ever; consistently prompt, helpful and reassuring. That's why I constantly recommend.

The folks at MacAce offer the best technical support anywhere. Always patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
