I got the offer that we agreed on eventually after trying to knock me down which I knew would happen. A few phone calls back to the main office and it was sorted. I understand that they’re sales people at the end of the day but I had said before they came out that’s the agreed price and I wasn’t going to budge on it. The guys that came out (Simon) were nice and friendly and the money was in my bank very quickly. Only took about 30 mins to sort it. I would recommend but just be firm and stick to the agreed price.

You fill in a free quotation they ask you to send photos you do you give them the full spec and rundown of the vehicle only for them to tell you they are miles off compared to what you’ve already been quoted by other companies I was offered £13,920 for my 2021 plate Ford connect with 22,000 miles on the clock and they basically turned around and said we are miles off they wouldn’t even give me the price and then they say that everyone is over pricing yet when I’ve checked their reviews everyone saying that they are under paying and upon inspection they then lowball them again just avoid don’t waste your time

The assessor Simon arrived on time , was very polite explained the process to me quickly & I had the money inside 10 minutes .
