This is a fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company. Do not use them. If you buy the book they start charging you three months later for an app you never wanted and there is no way to cancel it, you can email them to cancel it they just ignore you and keep billing you. This company is a scam and I had to report them to my bank to stop being charged for an app that I never wanted and do not use.

Buyer beware total rip off I wrote an email stating.I was not interested in the app.They charged me anyway.I am fighting for a full refund.They will only give half back . Ifyou choose to move forward with the book , they will sneak in and app at 30.99

Charged for a monthly subscription that was hidden and unclear when buying the book.
When purchasing the book itself i clicked on hard cover option thinking it would let me review but charges straight away. Very expensive for what it is.

Buying the baby book
I had a great experience buying the baby book and it got all the way to Chile in great shape and made a great gift. However I was charged for a subscription which I didn't want to continue and emailed customer service about it. They got back to me right away and Nora Abot was so helpful in walking me through the steps to cancel it, no strings attached. Overall great experience.

We ordered the physical books and the…
We ordered the physical books and the bundle feeling which costs 87 eur. Wery exicted only to find out that they cant change the measurement units. We live in Germany and we do not use pounds/ lbs/ inches and we promptly requested Welcome baby to change this before they started to print the book and if not then please cancel it. We contacted only few minutes after ordering, it took Welcome Baby 2 business days to get back to us, but with no solutions and saying they cant change the measurement units nor they can refund the book. How can you offer your products worldwide and do not even let customers change the unit you used in the book?
