We are more than happy with our new dishwasher. Paul served us in the shop and was very friendly and helpful.
Delivery and installation went well and although a slight damage was done to the integrated door the engineer pointed it out and is returning to repair if this week. Again the installers were both professional in their job and the slight damage to the door was accidental. We will bdd ed using this company again when we need anything

A good price on the Elica induction hob we ordered and Donna was very helpful in sorting out delivery. The hob has been delivered in excellent condition, but it is not yet installed. I would buy from them again.

Bought a Sensis RFUCF01F54EW fridge with a freezer compartment. Very easy to order, free delivery two days later. Two nice guys brought it in house without fuss. Fridge working well. Gave 4 stars as waiting for winter to see if it'll work ok in my shed without defrosting

Easy to use website - efficiently delivered on date requested by two lovely gentlemen who were very friendly and polite - would’ve liked an update on the day just to say definitely coming but that’s just me - obviously not their method! Thank you - would happily recommend and use again

We visited the store in Bromley only a couple of days ago were mega impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise of the sales person. He walked us through various options and the pros and cons of each one. He went out of his way to do some additional research on various sites and products to find more information for us. He was not at all impatient with the number of questions we raised and was thoroughly very professional . Not only that, there was no forceful sales pitch one would normally find with big department stores sales guys chasing personal performance targets. Having satisfied ourselves with the product information we placed an order. A day later we changed our mind over the colour of fridge freezer and again, we were served with alacrity and changed the order. We are glad we found this place and will definitely shop there for all our future appliance needs. In addition, the team of two who delivered the fridge freezer, gladly moved our old one to the garage and placed it exactly where we wanted it. This was at NO Extra charge. They installed the new one in an awkward place without any quibble.They too were knowledgeable and pleasant and walked us through the general operating procedures and "dos and dont's " to get the maximum benefit out of the appliance. All in all, very impressed and satisfied. Thank you Wellingtons Bromley.

I have bought from Wellingtons in the past ordering a dishwasher over the phone but felt I wanted to look at the inside of fridge/freezers before buying.

Wellingtons is a great home electrical shop. There's a real sense of family business there. I was treated so well and they understood the requirements perfectly. The installation team were unable to fit the fridge freezer. Through no fault of their own it was not possible to fit it into the carcass on the day. Today their install team have done a marvellous job of re-fitting the base unit and installed the fridge. This proved to be tricky and they were heroic. I am a happy customer today! Thanks!

The cooker was delivered on time, and was fitted efficiently, by the two gas fitters, who were both polite and friendly.

It was good rather than great, especially after the salesman indicating that we would be looked after. I had to phone to remind the salesman that the TV was due for delivery when we did not get any notification of the arrival, however a plan was made and it arrived on time. A follow up call to ensure that all was well would have been appreciated, especially as one was received from LG 20 minutes after setting up the TV.

Ordered on line on Tues and appliance delivered on Thursday morning. Very smooth.
I missed a voicemail from the shop also on Tues thanking me for the purchase and advising of the expected delivery time.
Price was equivalent to AO but with free delivery.
My preference is to support local businesses and Wellingtons made this an easy and cost effective choice.

I am still yet to receive my order due to no stock with Elica, even though it appeared to be in stock when I bought the item.
So it's difficult to review at the moment as haven't received my item, communication with Wellingtons has been ok.
