A prolonged experience
My God, the hoops you have to go through to get a pen! And then they send it to you with no needles?! But the lady I had to have a video call with (never had to do that before) was at least very nice and helpful.

Easy to navigate,friendly, like that they do video call so can see you are who you are after youve sent in pic, asked questions that need asking that others do not, meds sent out same day of approval recieved next day, so far so good
