I'm a regular customer for Mounjaro
I'm a regular customer for Mounjaro. We prescribe have great customer service, usually no issues but Royal Mail lost the first parcel this time around and there was some initial confusion with my first email about the issue and how long I'd have to wait for a replacement. Took a couple of calls to sort. But once everything was clear they sent out a replacement straightaway and refunded next day delivery. Was pleased with the outcome.

Very speedy response, from submitting my prescription request to approval and dispatch. All within one hour. Prescription arrived safely the following day. They respond quickly, efficiently and with genuine customer care. A lot of organisations could learn a few things from this organisation. I would recommend them highly!

Detailed & professional check carried out before my prescription was made out & sent. Only downside was delivery by Royal Mail who messed us about for two days. Having given up on delivery on day two I went for a shower & 15 minutes later was disturbed by the late arrival of the package. Anyway, WePresribe? Ace.

The time from order to delivery from WePrescribe is what sets this online pharmacy apart from others. Swift approval and despatch means I seldom wait more than 48 hours. The items are very well packed up and arrive in perfect condition. This is far more than I can say for a few competitors who may charge less, but don’t deliver the service expected.
