I had an annual review with Karen Smith who made the whole experience so easy to understand. She was really friendly and explained very clearly the progress of my investment and also on my various savings accounts with other institutions. She completed a risk profile questionnaire and updated my income and monthly expenditure. I felt that Karen really showed interest in me and was very patient explaining my investment performance. I will definitely ask to speak to her again next year!
