I had a Basic Support meeting which was well organised. Any information needed for the meeting to take place was clearly communicated or requested in advance, to avoid any waste of time.

Naz communicated clearly, with a logically organised presentation. He gave me the opportunity to ask and clarify my doubts as well as giving me the heads up about other things I should bear in mind when considering my options.

I have now a couple of clear actions and the option to seek further advice from a financial adviser if I need it. And all of it free!

Following my teams meeting with Chloe Maher this morning regarding the Teachers' Pension Scheme, I now have a much better understanding of my pension and options for retirement. Chloe was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. If there were any points I needed reiterating, she was more than happy to go over them again. This was a really beneficial meeting for me, during which I learnt a great deal.

It was a fairly speedy affair (good) that left me informed of my options and answered the questions that I had.
There was also no hard sell.

We were helped by Samantha Reilly-Walling, who guided us through the process of buying our first home. They were instrumental in ensuring we got the best interest rates on our mortgage and a good quote from our solicitor, also helping us to gather quotes for various insurance products as well. No question that we had was too large or small for Sam, and we had plenty!

I spoke with Lakhwinder Julta about arranging home buildings and contents insurance. It was a real pleasure to speak to a kind, knowledgeable person to talk me theough the questions and information and ask for extra clarification when needed. Got all the information,came back with a quote,answered all my questions.Great customer service,felt really well cared for and valued.
