Free deliveries & returns, good stock then personal service on the 'phone when they realised the exact colour we wanted wasn't actually in stock -their system had a temporary glitch. I was dealt with by name (not number!) by Tom who clearly physically looked at their stock & listed the various colours actually available then politely arranged the delivery. Nice people to do business with.

Order was received quickly and boots were good quality and excellent value. The heel height is not too high and stable enough to wear all day. Best of all the stretchy fabric means that I have finally found a boot that fits me on the calves - I'll be ordering more in different colours to see me through the winter.

Not too impressed with Westwoods initally, but i have now ironed out a few problems with the company and i am satisfied that they have done their best.. Lack of Communication was the main problem.
