Wonderful to see such a range of Nordika mules. Easy to order and prompt delivery.

I needed slippers for a fussy friend and found the perfect pair at Westwoods. Being in a hurry I paid for next day delivery and they arrived promptly. Only to find in my rush, I had ordered the wrong size. I telephoned the store and was able to return them and get the right size with no fuss. Really helpful and friendly and turned out local to family too; so I can call again.

This is the third pair of these slippers I have had over quite a few years. The previous two pairs having been bought as Christmas presents but as I wear them all the time and had worn out pair number two I decided to treat myself this time.

I ordered a pair of Hotter shoes, that cost less than the same shoe in Hotter shops with free delivery. It can't get better than that.

Couldn't have had better service and the product requested is just what we wanted. Will certainly use this company again in the future.

Ordered on line for £10 less than shop price after trying on locally. They were despatched the very next day and arrived a couple of days later. What service - second to none. Thankyou

I was looking for a specific make of slippers for my husband - several online stores were out of stock of size 43. Found Westwoods and bingo - right size, right colour. Ordered and paid by CC. Only AFTER the confirmation did I notice that the size had changed to a 41.

I went back to the entry page - and re-found the slippers - checked that 43 did not say out of stock - which it didn't and followed the process again as far as possible without paying again.

The next morning I rang them - spoke to a pleasant young man who said I must have put the wrong size in. I definitely did NOT put the wrong size in - it is quite difficult to click the wrong button and why would I order slippers which are far too small.

He eventually said the 43's were out of stock. clearly their website substitutes or the process after paying, substitutes an alternative size but this is quite pointless, very irritating and time wasting for customer and company. If I hadn't noticed the change of reference number the slippers would have arrived and I would have had to trek to the PO to return. I have been advised that a full refund to my CC has been issued and I have no reason to doubt this. But will I shop here again. Possibly not if I
can find them somewhere else. Shame

I would definitely recommend Westwoods to any friend wanting to buy shoes online.

My husband loves Nordika slippers - good for nipping outside to bins etc. as they are solid proper footwear. He's a size 12 so not easy to find, but I went onto the Westwoods Footwear site and got them within 48 hours - great service. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Very quick service. Ordered Rieker sandals (as I know they will always fit) and am very pleased with them. No more exepensive than anywhere else and free delivery..
