Waterless Carpet Foam Stain Remover? Just $ Remover.
I ordered Waterless Carpet Foam Stain Remover and fell for the "deal", buying 3 for the price of 2. The microfiber cloth is nice, but the foam is worthless. It doesn't foam well. Even when you can get some product on a stain or on generally soiled upholstery, it is about as effective as plain water. Never trust a pop-up video. By the way, the bottles are tiny as well, but who cares? More product would be equally ineffective. Save your money.

The Whitestitchs site is a scam
The Whitestitchs site is a scam. I ordered a curling iron that did not work. I requested a return address for a refund. Per their customer service, you can only return items to an address in China, and you have to pay return shipping. As a compromise, customer service offered a partial refund and suggested that I sell the item to someone else. Do not buy from this site.

Unreliable
The company is international and uses questionable delivery service. Despite repeating my address both to them and their delivery service speedx four times they insisted they could not find my address. They will refund minus a six dollar charge despite no product. I will not use them ever again and warn others away. I cannot rate the product as I never got anything

I ordered the hair removal item order #IIT49393
I ordered the hair removal item. Got notice of delivery but I did not receive the product. Instead the Delivery was made to Chattanooga, TN but my address is in Glendale, CA. Customer service said they will redeliver within 10 days. It has been 10 days and no delivery was received. Now my emails are being sent back as undeliverable and scam email.
After 6 weeks of run around I finally received some sort of product but not the item I actually ordered. I ordered a hair removal cream that peels like off like a face mask but what I got was a cream that smells bad and irritate my skin. Nothing like they advertised. Not worth the $14.99 plus shipping I paid and with all the hassles I got from their customer service department.

This company customer service gets zero for over a week now the order that was delivered to my home was not my order different name and different address to me yet I can't make them understand this they keep saying it's was delivered I tell yes I got a delivery but it's not mine even took photos and sent it to them I found the correct owner of the parcel left at my door but he didn't have mine do not deal with this company I'm still trying to get the correct order I paid for

Ordered their battery operated phone charger with flashlight. Doesn’t charge the phone at all and when they sent replacement, after installing the batteries wouldn’t even light the flashlight

The items I got was not as it said it was that it would hold so much it held very little does not work like it's supposed to very sad that you have to order something to pay for something that you think you can get in it what it's supposed to be and it's not not a good policy I wouldn't buy anything else from them ever. I've already emailed you multiple times and you've emailed back and said you would give me 18% off my next order and I'm not ordering anything from you again. What I got from you is not right and why would I want to order something from somebody if I'm just wasting my money. For something that's not right.

Covering Information on Labels
We received our order this afternoon (3 of the LD62149797-4 and a container of the foam carpet cleaner). It was disappointing the 3 items to cover information did not work at all; seemed like the fluid had dried up perhaps. The cutter section will be handy for opening packages so all was not lost! The foam cleaner has not been tried yet; the container is much smaller than expected. This is not unique to this site; shopping online in general is more disappointing as the years go by.
