Exceptional product but even better customer service. I spoke to Ruby today via FB messenger for some account related issue and she was extremely friendly n helpful. Whole Supp Changed My Life 💚
It’s no exaggeration that Whole Supp has literally changed my life, for the better!! In the past year I have lost 3 stone which has been aided so much by 2 x salted Carmel shakes a day!
I used to swear by Huel; but once I tried Wholesupp I knew this was the one. Great taste, no aftershave, no bad tummy and keeps you full!
One time I had a bad batch and the customer service was unreal. Had a response on a Sunday a new bag was with me within 24 hours!
In the last month they have released a cellular drink elevate which has stepped up the game again! Part of my weight loss plan has turned me into a keen runner and this stuff really is the dogs danglers!! Keeps me focused, less sluggish and more alert.
Only downside to Wholesupp, I need them to release more products because what they do is brilliant!!

Great product & tastes good
Have been using Whole Supp (chocolate flavour) for about 3 months now. I enjoy the flavours and I am actually full after it, ( I was sceptical as to how filling a shake could actually be!) As a female over 40, getting extra protein was important so I like that the shake has a higher protein content then most other shakes, while still being plant based. I'm not vegetarian, but I am trying to cut down on meat products so this product ticked all the boxes. The customer service is also excellent, prompt and helpful.

Excellent product
Excellent product, but most impressive is the ease to amend subscription via online account - always receive a reminder prior to the next order processing and any time I haven’t used the previous order fully you are able to pick another date online - simple things that aid the experience … also the one time I did need to contact the company, I received a quick response. Great service.

WholeSup has proved to be invaluable in my Triathlon training. Just exactly what I needed early mornings before heading out on long bikes, both tasty and convient while delivering the exact nutrients needed. Their customer service is excellent.... prompt, professional and customer focused.
I subscribed for convience and value and would highly recommend doing so ,particularly during a training block.

Outstanding product and outstanding service
I have used this product for a couple of years now and love it. I am not an athlete but like to look after my health and this product is excellent for boosting my protein intake, it is delicious. I am so impressed with Whole Supp - the chocolate shake is the nicest I’ve ever tried (and I’ve been through a multitude of brands!), and the macros are great too. I would also like to mention their customer service - they have always been incredibly responsive and helpful with any queries that I’ve had. All in all I am super impressed with this company !

I recently had to contact the customer care team at Whole Supp due to an issue with a damaged and missing delivery. Ruby from the customer care team got on the case and resolved it immediately and two days later I’ve just taken delivery of the replacement.

Excellent product, service and company.
Product is of a superior quality; I’ve ditched a lot of my other random protein powders and other bits in favour of this. I’ve traditionally steered clear of subscription services for anything like this but it saves a bundle and the options for changing flavour, date and frequency of order are all super easy to use.
Customer support are fast to respond and provide a great service!

Great product & transparency
They make a great product and were very transparent when I queried some of the ingredients. Making a product with many benefits, that tastes good with minimal additives is hard, but overall this is the best protein powder I’ve found so far.

I have been very satisfied with the Customer Service Team at WholeSupp. On a couple of occasions I've needed to contact the team regarding delivery or other issues and they went above and beyond with the care and understanding when solving my problems.
